I could practically feel my legs about to crumble under me. i've encountered endless hilichurls and i dont think i've slept a blink since my meeting with the adepti 4 days ago. i finally found a good time to rest and my eyes slowly fluttered shut. i slept about 10 hours then suddenly awoke to the sound of a voice calling to me.
"helloooooooo anyone home?"
you slowly open your eyes, squinting to adjust to the sudden bright light you were met with. before you stood a girl with long dark hair and warm amber colored eyes.
"uhhh.. hello. do you need anything?" you say, still half asleep.
"i was just making sure you're okay. you looked pretty rough and i assumed you were a.. new client" she said that last part with a dissatisfied look on her face.
"oh, yeah im fine i've been camping out in these woods for the past few days with no resources and i've been running into countless hilichurls. i've barely slept in days so i don't doubt i look a bit on the feral side" you shoot her a weakened smile and she looks as if she's pondering something. then she speaks again.
"aha! i know exactly what you need! you need a spa day! come on follow me!" she says already making her way down the nearby path.
"woah wait, where are we even going?"
"oh to the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor of course! now come on, theres no time to lose!" she says grabbing your hand and practically yanking you off the ground. just like that you were off to a funeral parlor with a random girl you just met, this will surely be an interesting experience.
