"Come on, (Y/n), you can do better than that!" Josuke exclaimed with excitement, dodging a punch you were throwing straight in his pretty face.
"Oh, please, this training session would be finished long ago if a certain coward didn't ask for a "No stands" rule" You said with furrowed eyebrows and a huff, missing a kick on Josuke's pompadour.
"It's only fair that way. Not all of us have stands literally perfect for duels" He remarked with a smirk, earning an eye roll full of annoyance from you.
Josuke had come over to your place for the usual workout session. Ever since you finished with school, neither you, nor Okuyasu had any idea on what you wanted to do in regards to your career. Since your best friend Josuke was so set on going to the Police academy, you and your not so intelligent friend thought it would be a good idea to join the young Jojo.
Ducking from the punch that was swung straight to your jaw, you gave Josuke a momentary confused stare, as if asking "Are you trying to knock me out?", to which the male only smirked in response.
Oh. Oh, now it's on.
Though Josuke was much stronger than you when it came to physical combat. Okuyasu was an easier opponent, but, unfortunately, he had to skip today of all days. You had to think of something and the faster you would come up with a plan, the better it would be.
No. No, no, no. There's no way you were considering the dangerous idea that just came into your mind. Not like you were planning to actually do that.
"Josuke, your hair looks disgusting" You said and swung a kick to his pompadour, completely messing up the hairstyle he put so much effort in.
"There goes your fucking bird's nest!" You exclaimed with joy. Though Josuke's body froze in place as soon as he heard you say those words, which is why it was so easy to land a kick on him in the first place.
You laughed in victory, though your cheers quickly came to an end once you noticed the absolute deadly look on your dear friend's face. You expected him to say something, anything, but the dead silence between you two could only hint on the tragedy that was about to happen.
"J-Josuke are you okay? I was just joking to get the upper ha-" You froze once you saw his stand appear and launch a first to your face. Panic set in, the only thing you could do was call out your stand, The Phantom Assassin, who had the ability to momentarily make you and herself disappear and appear behind an opponent.
Usually, your stand countered all of your friends' stands rather easily, so you thought you had the upper hand on Josuke, as usual, but the moment your stand disappeared from Crazy Diamond's incoming punch and you appeared behind him, Crazy Diamond's other fist came launching to your stand's jaw, knocking you down and leaving a spit of blood and one of your teeth next to it on the ground.
Completely shocked, you looked up at Josuke and his messy hair in terror. You knew to never mention his hair, but this reaction was above and beyond anything you had imagined. Before you could utter a word, your tooth came back and attached itself back into your mouth.
"J-Josuke?" You asked looking up at him with fear in your eyes, not knowing what kind of pain to expect next. Josuke pinned you on the ground, spreading your legs open with seemingly zero effort.
You had an idea where this was going, but no, this had to be just a part of your imagination. Sure, everyone was kind of aware you had your eye on Josuke, but that never came in between your friendship, right? Right? Right?!
You tried to call your stand to get him off of you, but she just wouldn't appear. Wait... You never made your stand disappear in the first place! Looking to your side, you saw your Phantom Assassin pinned to the ground by Josuke's stand, exactly in the same pose you and Josuke were in.
