[A/N: This is PURE fanfiction. It is based on Taylor's songs and PB's 3rd season (contain spoilers). The story will follow a slightly different course and the first two season's were "mixed together" for context purposes. The main character is BRAZILIAN and, therefore, there'll be references to 1920's Brazil and stuff. Keep in mind that the world at that time wasn't like the world we live nowadays, so there are offensive behaviours along the story. Read at your own risk. English is not my first language, so any mistakes please tell me so I can correct it and improve!]

Main Characters:

Maria Clara Barbosa Veloso Alighieri de Resende (Marie) - it is mentioned during the story her hair colour and eyes, but besides that I prefer not to use a picture and let you all imagine her how ya'll like it.

[A/N 2: as Marie's face will be up to imagination, so will be her family

[A/N 2: as Marie's face will be up to imagination, so will be her family. They are Sr. e Sra. Barbosa (her parents); João Antônio (her older brother), Tereza (his wife) e Eduarda (his daughter); Pedro Henrique (her middle brother) e Joana (his wife).

A/N 3: After Brazil's 1889 Coup, and also slave abolition (1888), many now freed slaves remained with their past owners because Brazil made no move to include them in society nor create/secure them proper jobs. At this time, it was also common that poor European families arrived in the country looking for a better life, either working on coffee farms or starting their own small business - Ana Vera, Marie's maid and chaperone, comes from this background.]
