Sunday came quick, almost as if Saturday didn't exist. I didn't really like Sundays because it meant school was the next day, but today Teddy and I decided to go shopping at the mall down town.

I jogged to my bathroom and straightened my golden blonde hair, I loved my hair but it didn't exactly suit my personality. I brushed on some mascara and concealed a few blemishes on my face with concealer. Afterwards I put on some black ripped skinny jeans and a black and white loose stripped t-shirt. I then layed in my bed until I herd a knock at my door and the sound of my dog, Asti, bark uncontrollably. I trudge down the steps and see Teddy waving in the window towards me. I open the door and Asti immediately jumps all over him.

"T-this dog is crazy" Teddy almost screams and I laugh.

"Asti, sit" I shout and she obeys and lays by my feet.

"Ready to go?" Teddy asks wiping the dog hair off of his khakis.

"Oh yea." I say and run upstairs grabbing my green coat and wallet.

I slip the coat on and stuff my wallet into the pocket, I don't really want to bring a purse. I run down stairs and slip on my navy blue vans.

"Of course, Lana has to wear her vans" Teddy says laughing.

"Of course Lana has to wear her vans" I say mocking Teddy's voice and I slip them off, I run to the closet and grab my black chucks and slip them on instead.

"Like that's any better" Teddy says chuckling.

"Shut up!" I say laughing and he joins in.

"CMON, you take five ever" Teddy says and I get up and walk outside to Teddy's car, he's able to drive because he's 18 and has his own car.

We run to the car and hop inside and the scent of cologne rapidly fills my nostrils. I cringe and hold my breath.

"Since when did your car become the perfume section of a department store?" I ask and chuckle.

"What? I like it, it smells like a man" he says and looks into the side mirror fixing his bleach blonde quiff on his head.

"You're such a tease" I say.

"Hey!" He says defensively "I've got to make sure I look good for everyone".

"You can fix your hair when we get to the mall, just go!" I say and Teddy fumbles with his keys and starts the ignition. We drive for 15 mins all the way down town as Ted blasts Freddie Mercury's (feat Michael Jackson) 'There Must Be More Than This' and Lover boy's 'Turn Me Loose' through the radio in his car. We both end up singing a little too loud, but we have tons of fun.

After a bit, we pull into the mall and find a parking spot not to far from the door and we hop out.

"Let's do this." I say as we speed walk into the store. Immediately after we walk in we notice it's packed. I look over to Teddy and he nods.

"Power shop?" He asks and nod.

"Power shop" I say and we pace through the mall. We quickly enter and exit the shops buying a few things here and there. I buy some jeans, shorts and shirts. I buy a lot of cute band T's that I'll modify to look 'appropriate' for my group of friends. Teddy buys some shirts and shoes but that's about it.

"Where should we go next?" I ask as we walk out of a store.

"Dunno" he says but then his attention is grabbed by a boy walking by us. I look over and notice them by their brown shaggy hair and baseball pants, Max. He notices us and walks over to us with his possy of baseball friends.

"Hey Lana" he says smiling with his pearly white teeth "oh hey Teddy".

I smile at him.

"Hi Max" I say.
