3rd Person POV
After a few hours of talking and relaxing Wanda and the trio felt more calm and decide it was time to go to the great hall for dinner. While leaving the common room Wanda heard more whispers and rumors from the students. Trying not to listen she keeps walking and tries to makes conversation with her friends, but the words and thoughts are too much and take over her mind.
One girl that was standing off to the left behind a column with her friend gossiping about what she knew. "I heard she had a full meltdown. Threatening Draco, the scene she caused in charms. Apparently people are starting to get weird vibes from her..." she hears less when they make their way further from the students. But the comments didn't stop there.
A boy thought while he looked to her, 'I hope she stays away from me, I do need that type of drama in my life.' She stops walking and looks from side to side to see everyone giving her the same look. Fear, and what she could picture as shame. Taking a deep breath she looks down and squeezes her eyes shut, keeping herself from having another breakdown. Suddenly she feels the heated stares from her friends that have stopped and looked back to her in worry.
Wanda opens her eyes and gives a deep sigh through her nose, walking faster to catch up with her friends. Ron lightly pats her back while they continue to the great hall. Once entering they make their way the Gryffindor table and sit down in their normal spot. Before anyone can start up a conversation they hear Draco and his friend talking very loudly.
A small pale girl with short dark brown hair rubs Draco's arm in a caring manner. "Does it hurt terribly Draco?" She asks in almost a flirty tone. Draco scoffs and looks to his arm. "It comes and it goes." he says looking back up to his friends. "Still I consider myself lucky. According to Madam Pomfrey, another minute or two, and I uh could've lost my arm."
Wanda scoffs and turns around to look at her friends. "Listen to the idiot." Wanda agrees and grabs some food. "He's really laying it on thick isn't he." she states while taking a bite of her chicken. Harry looks to her and Ron. "Yeah, but at least Hagrid didn't get fired." Hermione steps in right away looking to the other table. "Yeah, but I heard Draco's father's furious." She looks away and back to her friends. "we haven't heard the end of this."
Wanda rolls her eyes and goes to finish her meal when Seamus comes running to the table shouting. "He's been sighted. He's been sighted." They all get up and make their way to the boy. "who?" asks Ron. Slamming the paper down on the table, pointing to the front page, he yells again. "Sirius Black." Gasps and light shrieks are heard from the surrounding students.
Hermione picks up the paper to get a better look. "Dufftown?" she exclaims. "That's not far from here." she continues. Another boy Wanda now knows as Neville shakes and goes almost pale. "Y-you don't think he'd come to Hogwarts do you?" Wanda walks over a puts a comforting hand on his shoulder. He looks to her in shock at first, but she gives him a small warm smile. Which he returns and both start listening again.
