Eiji makes a quick dash towards the paladdin who is ready with his silver shield. The iron-willed palladin quickly shields himself as he notices Eiji wants to strike him in the front. But, it's just a decoy, false slash. Seeing his enemy taken the bait, Eiji makes the palladin slow movement as advantage to him. He quickly delivers a strong blow on the palladin's back. The palladin groans in pain and anger. He turns his back as he quickly slash Eiji. Eiji quickly parry against the attack. The palladin continously slashes Eiji, aiming straight towards his chest. Thanks to Eiji's quick reaction, all the palladin's attacks are end up either being blocked or parried.

As Eiji continue on defending hismself, suddenly the palladin strikes him with his shield at the abdomen. Eiji groans in pain as he places his left hand on his abdomen, gripping hard on his fine crafted by a professional blacksmith using his free right hand. The palladin using this chance and kicks Eiji on his already hurt abdomen. Eiji continues on taking damages from the palladin continous attacks but still be able grips his sword closely. I bite my lips as I watch, with Minori, Eiji being beaten down in the arena. I hug Minori close as I notice she is crying, sad seeing Eiji in miserable state. Eiji... Please be safe... That's all I want...

The palladin kicks him on the face as Eiji falls on the ground. Ughhh! Eiji... Please fight back... I want you to be safe... I don't care if you lose, Eiji... Please... My tears suddenly roll down to my cheek. As the palladin delivers a strong kick, suddenly Eiji catches his right foot, which he used it to kick Eiji, and makes a quick pull. The palladin falls hardly on his back. Eiji jumps on the palladin chest before giving him a barrage of punches on the face. Suddenly, the palladin recovers on Eiji's 23th punches and throw him away. Eiji quickly recovers from the throw but it's to late, the palladin knocks him with the heavy shield again. The crowds has quiet down, watching intensely to the battle that takes place in the sacred place. As for the jerk, he laughs while watching Eiji being knocked up. "He is such a big talk, isn't him?" he laughs. "No! He will prove to everyone that he will beat your little palladin!" I tells him in anger. He laughs even louder. "Yes, he will... After you become my bride." he looks at me with a creepy face. I hold Minori closely to me.

The little girl still hiding her face but her eyes are being glued to the battle since the battle took place. Minori, the poor red dragon, is watching her caretaker restlessly. We all hoping for Eiji to win but judging by the damaged sustained by Eiji, there is no way Eiji could win this battle.

Urghh... I feel dizzy right now. I can't think straight. The palladin is too strong. My power that I have shown to the people when slaying the dragons somehow is not going to show up. It's like... The power has been blocked by unknown force. If I don't beat this guy, Leo will... have to marry that jerk... I must win... No matter what! I stand up and make an all out attack to the palladin who is smirking, taunting me to attack. I make a strong slash but that guy blocks it with his sword. Ahhh! It's so annoying! I put more strength into the slash, hoping it could break through his defense. He smirks as he notices what I'm trying to do. He moves his hand that is holding the shield, I notices it already. I know he will hit me with that shield, but my body doesn't want to dodge it. Crap! Please move and dodge that easy attack! Gahh! He hits me hardly using his shield. The impact sends me flying before I drop on my back, unable to move a limb.

Eiji suddenly being hit by the palladin's shield, sending him flying away from the palladin. Eiji! He doesn't move at all. Is this... The end? If it is, please... Tell me that... He is okay... Hey... Eiji... Please be fine... The palladin gives signal to the bell ringer to ring the bell. This match is already over... Eiji lose... The bell ringer takes his small mallet to ring the bell. But suddenly, Eiji stands up, blood is rushing out from his head. He clenches his knuckles up to the sky. The crowds begin to cheer for him. "I... won't lose... I... already... promise her... that... I will... win..." Eiji talks to the palladin.

The palladin turns to Eiji, angry that Eiji still being able to get up. Eiji smirks back at the palladin, mocking his inability to completely knock him out. Eiji wipes out his blood from coming into his eyes. The palladin takes his stances to hit Eiji with everything he got. Seeing Eiji covered in his blood, Minori struggles to get out from my clutch. I try to hold her down but she outstrength me, flying towards Eiji quickly. Eiji still facing the palladin and he doesn't notice Minori flying towards him. "Eiji! Minori is flying towards you!" I warn Eiji. Eiji quickly towards me and Minori accidently hit him. Eiji hugs her and suddenly she bites Eiji on his neck. Eiji screams in pain. Why... Minori... I thought... You love Eiji....
