Chapter 3

Y/N look at him while her brows furrowed.

'Does he think I'm an idiot? I'd rather kill myself than turn into one and I know father also did the same. Judging from his demeanor earlier, he is frustrated that no one in our family turn into one of his demons so maybe father killed himself before he is supposed to become a demon'

"So have you decided?" Muzan asks

"I have already decided from the start. And my answer is NO"

Muzan face darken but he smirk.

"Well that's tragic. I'll turn you wether you like it or not. Judging from your body's state, you can't hold your sword for now to kill yourself"

Before she could react, Muzan already stab her with his lump of flesh on her nape then starts to transfuse his blood. Y/N want to scream in pain but she can't. She starts to twitch in pain as more blood is getting inside her bloodstream. 10 seconds passed and she's still conscious and experiencing too much pain aside from her injuries.

"Oh, you still hold on from that much of blood? Now that's interesting" Muzan immediately stop since he doesn't want her to die from too much blood if she can't handle it

"This is the first time I give this huge amount of blood"

He stand up and about to turn away when he heard her whisper something.

"E-even i-if I w-will turn i-into a
d-demon, I will s-still not let g-go of this g-grudge. I'll hunt you down to the ends of earth and bring hell to make you suffer"

He ignore it and just walk away from her. But he stop on his tracks then look back at her.

"I almost forgot, I could have poisoned you or turn you into a demon from the start when I slice you up but you're too weak that I don't even need it. Humans are really pathetic" Muzan said then left

'I will kill you! Kibutsuji Muzan'

Meanwhile, Tanjiro is nearing the house of his family when he suddenly smell a blood.

"The smell of blood!"

He run until he reach their house. He is sweating even though it's cold because of snow and he is panting. That's when he saw bloodied Nezuko on the snowy ground in the entrance of their house and she is protecting their little brother Rokuta who is already dead.

"Aaaaaaaahhhh!"

He remove the basket from his back and run towards the his two siblings.

"Nezuko! What happen? What's going on? What happen here?"

He shakes in horror when he look at his side which is the already wrecked door and bloodied floor. And inside is his Mom together with his four younger siblings already dead.

"Mom....."

He gasped for air and fell on his knees as he look at the bloody mess inside their house.

"Mom.... Hanako... Takeo....Shigeru... Nezuko... Rokuta...."

He stop when he smell a familiar scent not far from their house. Tanjiro run outside and that's when he notice how wrecked the outside compare to what happen to his house. All trees were cut down and many craters are on found on the area. He followed the familiar scent and he look shock and scared at the same time when he saw his cousin, Y/N, bathed in her own blood with many cuts on her body. Her black sword is next to her while she is looking at the space like she's waiting for her end. Unknown to Tanjiro the reason she's staring at nothing is because she's still holding back the blood of Muzan in her bloodstream using her breathing and that's the only thing that she can do for now.
