Y/n's pov:
The pain stopped and everything went dark. I saw nothing. It was like I was dreaming. Like I was detached from my body.  Just floating through space. It was peaceful, I felt relaxed as if nothing could phase me. Is this what dying felt like? It sure as hell was a lot less dramatic than you thought it would be.

I opened my eyes due to the bright sunlight shining through the curtains and groaned. You were back in your own apartment, lying in bed. Was it all a dream? Feeling exhausted, you pushed yourself up trying to sit upright but you were quick to stop that action as you felt your leg scream in pain. Pulling the covers off of your legs you saw that it was bandaged.

The blood was gone and clean white gauze covered your shot wound. Running your hand over the soft material you found yourself wearing nothing but your underwear, an  oversized shirt and some shorts.

Realization hits you like a truck.... Yes your memory was hazy but you knew for sure that you didn't walk all that way home with your injured leg. You knew  that you wouldn't wander around with your limbs exposed like this. Also you didn't remember even bandaging yourself up. As a matter of fact you couldn't even walk back then.

Someone had saved you, carried you and knowing that someone changed your clothes sent shivers down your spine....

Getting used to the pain you were in, you let your legs hang off the side of your bed. Leaning back over to your pillow, you searched for the spare knife you kept taped to the side of your nightstand. That 'just in case' you told yourself  was really coming in handy now.

Standing up you had to take a minute to regain your vision as black spots covered your sight. You also did not expect your leg to hurt this much. Underestimating pain was always something you did.

Grabbing the wall for support, you limped and reached for the door handle, opening it to see your living room to look for this dude that apparently has taken the liberty to rummage through your house and change you without consent. For crying out loud maybe he had done more than that for all you know.

You scanned the room looking for your supposed 'savior' only to be met with an empty living space. Nothing was out of place. The sliding doors to your balcony were closed, the blankets on your couch were neatly folded and your books were stacked on the coffee table. The fireplace was running burning slowly spreading a soft smell of burned wood through your nostrils. Not how you left it but It was calming to be back here to say the least.

"Look who finally decided to wake up I thought you were dea-"

Startling you with his rough voice, you quickly turned around swinging the knife in his direction only for him to catch your wrist and slam you against the wall next to your bedroom door with a loud thud. Reciprocating the hostile demeanor.

Pain could be felt as your back made contact with the wall behind you, the dresser digging in your side and let's not get started on your leg.

A strong hand wrapped around your neck as the other wrapped tightly around your wrist holding the knife. Squeezing it so hard that you had no choice but to drop it. A soft cry of pain left your lips as they were dangerously close to his. His hostile demeanor changed as he felt your body twitch in pain. His shoulders, somewhat relaxing and his eyes no longer projecting anger but concern.

The knife fell on the floor next to you and he used his foot to kick it away in a swift motion.

Speaking of your 'savior', damn he was strong. He wore sweatpants and a loose T-shirt. Hugging his now flexed bicep to keep you pinned against the wall. You were lying if you said he wasn't attractive. His piercing red eyes met yours as he easily towered over you. Not only that but he was also twice your size and that smirk he had. That annoyed you the most.
