The squeak of the front door echoes throughout the room, an exhausted and begrudging Sebastian entering the quiet home. His bag drops from off of his shoulder, shoes being kicked off to the side, before excited yaps of a certain golden puppy emerge. Lifting his head, Sebastian can't help but smile despite his exhaustion at the sight of Indy racing towards him, tail wagging and mouth wide open in an almost grin.

"Indy," Coos Sebastian, dropping onto his knees and enveloping the puppy into his arms. Indy wriggles round, whining and licking every inch of Sebastian's pale skin. "I missed you too, girl."

Footsteps can be heard around the home, the familiar silhouette of Nathan entering Sebastian's line of vision. "Hey, kiddo." Nathan is saying, and Sebastian is grinning in seconds, leaping into the
other males arms. "How was the drive home?"

Sebastian smiles at the squeeze Nathan gives him, rocking them both side to side. "Too long."

"But you had a good time?"

Sebastian pauses. "Yeah, it was great."

Nathan can sense the teens hesitance, and slowly pulls away, eyeing Sebastian in suspicion. "Did something happen?" Nathan questions, cupping Sebastian's cheek the same way Georgeta did.

"There was an.. Accident, but nothing major." Sebastian assures, smiling to hide the sudden waft of anxiety floating through his veins. Nathan gives him a look. "I dropped a plate and panicked.. So Chris and I had to tell his friends about my past."

Nathan's face softens, and he brings Sebastian in for another hug, something the boy had no clue that he needed. Sebastian melts into it, hiding his face in the crook of Nathan's neck. "You okay?"

Sebastian nods. "Yeah.. I.. I don't really want to talk about it right now."

"That's perfectly okay." Whispers Nathan, pressing a quick kiss to Sebastian's temple. "What would you like to talk about?"

Taking a few moments to think it over, Sebastian pulls away, bending down to lift Indy into his arms. "How about.. Your proposal to my mum?"

Nathan's eyes are lighting up in an instant before he is dragging Sebastian into the living room, causing the boy to giggle in amusement. Laid out on the kitchen table were countless candles, rose petals, pictures of Nathan and Georgeta and the velvet box containing the beautiful ring Sebastian so desperately wanted to see.

Picking it up ever so carefully, Nathan pulls up the lid of the box, holding it out for Sebastian to see. The ring is absolute perfection. The metal being a beautiful rose gold, a large grey diamond held in the middle with small, clear ones secured around it. Sebastian felt as though his heart had stopped. Georgeta would love it.

"What do you think?" Nathan is anxious when he says this, hands clasped together and pressed under his chin.

Sebastian lifts his head with the brightest of smiles on his lips. "Mum will love it."

It isn't until almost an hour later that Georgeta arrives home from work. Sebastian is sitting on the couch awaiting her arrival, and almost jumps to his feet at the sight of her. "Mum," Says Sebastian, enveloping his mother in a hug.

"Hi, my love." Responds Georgeta, snaking her arms around her son's waist and giving a squeeze. "How are you?"

"I'm alright, a bit tired." Sebastian pulls away from his mothers embrace, kissing her cheek. "How are you? How was work?"

A tired smile makes its way onto Georgeta's lips, kicking her boots off to the side before plopping herself down on the couch. "Tired." She breathes, throwing her arm around Sebastian's shoulders as he snuggles into her side. "And work was okay, busy. Where's Nathan?"
