The Convoy travelled down the road on the back of the jeep. Karl was showing a map on where they are and where they are going. Lelei was fixated on the small object beside him on the map. Lance picked it up and asked if she wants to look at it. She nodded. In the front seat, Karl was enjoying his cassette tape music while Mitchel drive, he looked at his rear view mirror to see what was happening. Tuka was looking at the vehicle behind them and he could see Yelena standing on top of her seat while holding something in the air, which belonged to Shurik. "Interested with someone?" Roy asked "So, that's the type of women you like?" Tuka was in shock and embarrassed by this statement. Mitchel laughed at them until the radio cracked to life, "Mitchel this is Denis, we're seeing smoke on our 2 o'clock, copy?" he looked at the direction and stopped the vehicle. He turned back to ask Lance if the road they were taking will take them towards the smoke, Lance nodded saying that Italica should be there. "That smoke." Lelei said "Any idea what's happening?" Mitchel asked, "A file? But it's too big." Karl removed one side of his headphone to ask what she meant by "File" "She meant fire, Karl, not file," Mitchel assured him. Lelei repeated what he said. Mitchel replied onto the radio to take precaution and to be ready to engage if anything tries to attack then. He looked over his shoulder to see Roy smirking at the smoke. Mitchel asked her what she's smiling about, she replied, "I smell blood."

In Italica, Princess Piña was commanding the troops to defend the gate and to push the bandits back. After a while, their general decided to fall back. Piña was relieved to see it was over for now. She called out to her compatriots to see if they were okay. All of them were well, but tired from today's battle. As she returned to the city's castle, Head Master asked if there is an alternate solution other than fighting. Her answer was to open the gate and let everyone lose what they have. Once one of the maids gave her a meal and finished it, she rested on the guest room and ordered them to wake her if any news would arrive. In case she doesn't wake up immediately, she asked them to throw water at her. She reminisced about the years she built up the Rose-Order of Knights with Grey Co Aldo as their teacher who trained them when they were young. Seven years ago they were officially established and yet they merely serve as decorative purposes. She hated that treatment but Grey told her to hold on for eventually they will come for them to show their skill. Now that she is in Italica, it is a chance for them to fight. However... The feeling of water suddenly woke her up and the sting of the cold made her jump. "What happened? Is the enemy attacking?" she asked, "I am unsure of their stand," Grey replied, he asked her to follow him to see what's going on.

In one of the Gates' view ports, they saw two weird looking carriages not far out. She asked what they are, "An armored carriage, perhaps?" Hamilton replied. "No that's iron" she replied. One of her knights in the tower ordered them to show themselves if they are not the enemy. The first to come out was Lelei, then Tuka, which troubled them. True mage craft and spirit magic can cause a lot of damage if combined together. Then Rory came into their view and they knew that the city was already lost. They were surprised that the famous Rory the reaper was on their side, "Would she ever join a bunch of soldiers?" Grey asked, "It is possible she would, given who they are, since the deeds of their gods seem to be no more than a simple whim. This could easily be upsetting to hear about, but of course the words of their god are gibberish anyway." Piña replied, "What shall we do, Princess?" Hamilton asked. Piña looked at the defenders and turned to Hamilton, "If Rory joined these soldiers, Italica would have fallen. Even so, we still don't know whether they are our enemies or not." As she was thinking on what to do there was a knock on the gate and so she has decided, if they aren't our enemies, they should get them on their side. Piña removed the wooden barrier that was keeping the gate locked and pushed it open. "What a pleasure to --" she stopped herself, the looks on the three faces in front of her were staring at the ground. She looked down to see a man on the ground unconscious, "Did I do this?" she asked them, all three nodded. In Mitchel's belt, his walkie-talkie sprang to life asking on what's going on. As they brought him inside, they laid him down on the ground and tried to wake him up. After a while, Mitchel got back up on his feet and reported his situation, "This is Mitchel, I'm all good." There was sigh of relief from Lance on the other side, if he didn't answer they would have charged in. Mitchel replied back to him, "Let me confirm the situation then I'll reply back, copy?" Lance responded back "Copy." Mitchel looked around wanting to know who is in charge. Hamilton responded "Everyone, you are in the presence of the Third Imperial Princess Piña Co Lada, show some respect." "Princess?" Mitchel said to himself. Outside Mitchel's team was waiting for him to respond. "You know we could easily walk in right? It' not like they could stop all of us." Karl said jokingly, they have been waiting for a while and heat is not helping. "Give him another few minutes Karl" Lance replied, "Yeah, sure, another few minutes I'm sure they'll already be finished eating him up." Karl responded back laughing at his own joke when suddenly he was hit from the back of his head, "Watch your mouth, say such terrible words and god will soon do it to you," Dimitry replied. "God, take a joke you guys." Karl rolled his eyes and placed a new tape into his cassette, as he laid backed once more.
