Confusion

What is this world full of joy and laughter
that brings us to forget the environment
Being happy and satisfied
but does that all really matter?

Enjoying every moment of our lives
and being risky with friends
Doing forbidden things
does that make us feel alive?

Giving compliments to each other
to make feel each other great
We want to see others happy
but at the same time we hate to see them succeed

We sometimes want to escape reality
so that we don't have to deal with problems
While the sad truth is
that we pretend this world is eternity
