Case # EA5575

Clearance Level: 4

Location: Saginaw, Michigan, U.S.A.

Date: Oct. 13, 1984

Inspector: Richard Perez

Summary :

Saginaw Chapter is the location of the RPRS Research Department. The study's purpose was originally to see how long a person could go without sleep. About 30 days in, something went wrong and containment protocols were initiated. Agents from the Columbus Chapter were called to the scene.

Upon entering the building, Reapers were met with blood all over the floors and walls with scratch marks on the ceiling. As they entered further they heard guttural moaning coming from inside one of the main laboratories. Inside the laboratory was a test subject who took part in the sleep deprivation experiment leering over the corpse of a recently deceased lab technician. The subject was eating him.

From the reports of the Columbus Chapter's Reapers, the test subject was no longer human. Nor was the subject's heart beating. They were only capable of holding down the subject for five minutes before it dispatched two of the five Agents
sent to contain the situation. The remaining three Agents retreated from the building.

Five days later, the Saginaw Chapter building mysteriously burst into flames and burned to the ground. Amidst the rubble, only the charred corpses of the previously deceased were recovered. The subject disappeared.

Follow Up:

(October 23, 1984) Upon debriefing, the remaining three Agents, one Junior and two Senior, are convinced that the subject was possessed. According to Police Records, the inmate who became the test subject was supposedly into the occult.

(March 17, 1985) Several Police reports were filed in neighboring towns describing an inhuman looking person in bloodied clothes and a bandage over its eyes eating from dumpsters. The reports also described long, claw-like nails and many local animals going missing.
