Summary (Continued):

(June 17, 2018) [Redacted] has appeared on multiple occasions during several investigations. This time during our investigation of [Redacted] [Redacted] [Redacted] at [Redacted]. All five Reapers on the investigation, as well as the [Redacted] Chapter Inspector, went insane before slitting their own throats. They died shortly after. Upon being recovered, autopsy revealed that their eyes had been burnt out.
