Me & My Broken Heart

Chapter 7

Hey guys. So I'm really sorry I haven't been updating any of my books. I didn't have any time to update them on March break cause I was on vaca and had no wifi. :( Anyways, here you go, the seventh chapter. Enjoy.

 I honestly don't know what's happening to me. My crush on Aiden is getting worse. Whenever my friends or anyone mention his name I start to smile very big, and I mean VERY BIG. I can't even stop thinking about him and what if I tell him in person that I like him. I don't want to get hurt like what happened to my last crush who was actually this guy named Rowan.

Rowan. He's a really nice guy with a sweet heart. He doesn't mind if anyone likes him he accepts it even though he doesn't like her back. But I guess it's not him but my first crush, Aaron. Aaron's a jerk! He told my best friend Savannah that out of all the girls in my school (which is actually my old school), he would rather date me. After that he told Savannah he liked me. I decided to tell him I liked him back near the last month of school. I told him that I liked him when the perfect time came but this jerk said he doesn't like me back even though he was smiling and blushing A LOT.

Anyways back to the present. We're in the cabin just chilin'. We get bored so we just tell stories and act out funny stuff that happened to us until it was time to go. When we got to the dinning hall, we had fries and a burger. The good thing about this place is that if you run out of fries at your table, you can go to the kitchen and ask for more then they'll give you more. The people sitting on my table are Mia, Alysa, Kelis, Akayla, Isabel, Destiny, Melissa, Sydney, and Tanvi. The table next to us is Aiden's group. I still don't understand why he hangs out with Alex, Quinton, and all those other guys. Those guys are jerks, all my friends say that. All I'm hoping is that Aiden won't be brainwashed and become a stupid jerk like them.

"Hey Cassie. You do know Aiden's looking at you." Akayla says smirking. I look and he quickly looks away. Does he like me?

"Ya, I saw." I reply.

Isabel then comes in between Akayla and me, "You know, since we have freetime he most likely would be outside waking around with his friends." she trails on, "And Akayla, Desiny and I are going to get him and talk to him about you."

"Ya so. At least it doesn't have to do with me going with you." Destiny comes and sits beside me too. It's like she knows what we're talking about cause she right away answers.

"Ya but I'm guessing that's not all Isabel's trying to say."

"Yup," Isabel says popping the "p" then countinuing to talk, "I'm going to ask the rest of our friends to bring you to Aiden and make you two sit beside each other."

"Ya ok. If you're going to do that then where axactly are we going to sit?" I ask. Isabel, Akayla and Destiny look outside then Akayla speaks up.

"Over there on that rock where you have the perfect view of the lake."

"Plus let's do this at sundown. It's going to be perfect cause that's also when our freetime is" Destiny adds on, "Plus he might even ask you out. Nudge nudge, wink wink." she copies her words by acting the 'nudge nudge, wink wink' thing.

Crap! It's going to be sundown soon. All we have to do is play some games with everyone then it'll  be freetime.

"I can't wait." I say trying to sound sarcastic. We then go to our original spots and continue to eat.

After that conversation with my bestfriends, I look at Mia and she's smirking at me and doing this eyebrow thing. All of a sudden, Akayla, Destiny, Isabel, and some of my other friends smirk at me. I still don't get what they're trying to tell me. Isabel then gives me a hint and points her head towards Aiden's table. I look and everyone tries to act natural but couldn't. When I look at Aiden's table, Aiden's just looking at me and smiling, like a really sweet smile. This time he doesn't look away. He's just looking at me like I don't see him. I smile back and I guess I start to blush cause after he was turning a bright pinkish red color. I then snap out of this short moment when his friends were calling him and my friends were calling me.

"Hey Cassandra look, Aiden's coming your way." Mia whispers.

Oh my gosh! I can't believe it.

Haha gotcha. Now you gotta think about what's gonna happen next. Anyways, got to go. See you later, well not really. Byyyeeee. :)
