My Samurai Dream Chapter 17

Four hours later, I'm in the kitchen cooking, when Bella, Cleo, and Rikki walk in. I serve up a mid day meal and that's when Emily, Mike, Kevin, and Mia walk in.
"Hey Bre. That smells good. Oh by the way Joel's looking for you", says Emily.
I walk out of the kitchen and I find a note on my bed and I read it to myself, "Dear Bre. Meet me outside and we'll have dinner together. Love, Joel."
I smile and I change into a pair of blue jeans, a white T-shirt, and a pair of brown boots with my blue jean jacket. I have my crystal necklace on and I walk outside to see Joel waiting for me.
"Hi Joel I saw your note. Are you ready", I ask.
"Yeah let's go", says Joel.
Joel and I walk out the gate to a local Italian restaurant, Bosco's Italian Cafe, and I get lasagna, while Joel gets spaghetti and meat balls. When our food comes out, I thank the waiter and that's when I see the Chef walk out. I have a smile a mile wide when Chef Bosco sees me.
"Hello Mr. Bosco. The food is delicious", I say.
"Hello Breanna. Its good to see you", says Chef Bosco.
"Its good to see you too. This is Joel", I say.
"I'm her very good friend. This is really good Italian Food sir. It's the best I've ever had. Thank you for making it", says Joel.
"You're welcome. Mrs. Bosco is here too", says Chef Bosco.
As soon as Chef Bosco stops talking, Mrs. Bosco walks in. I have a huge smile on my face as I see her walk up. I stand up and I give Mrs. Bosco a huge hug. I sit back down and I introduce Joel to Ms. Bosco. She shakes Joel's hand and they leave us be so we can finish eating. As Joel and I finish, Ms. Bosco shows up with four styrofoam to-go boxes, two for each, for Joel and I.
"They're on the house and we payed for y'alls dinner too", says Ms. Bosco.
"Thank you Ms. Bosco", says Joel and I.
"You're welcome. I also need to show Bre something", says Ms. Bosco.
I nod and Joel and I follow Ms. Bosco outside, with our to-go boxes in hand and my purse with my wallet, state ID, and drivers license in it. When we walk outside, I see a hot pink car with an amazing style and look and that's when we stop walking. Ms. Bosco turns around and she says, "This is an early birthday gift for you Bre from the Bosco family. Its been fully paid off, so the insurance is covered for life and we hope you like it. The license plate is already on too."
My jaw drops and I say, "I love it. Thank you, this means a lot to me. I can't wait to get behind the wheel of it. If I could thank the entire family I would."
"No need to, we heard everything", says Mr. Bosco.
I smile and I hug everybody. Before I turn around, Ms. Bosco hands me the keys with a photo keychain of her and the family. I then say, "I promise that I'll keep in touch. We better get going. I'll miss you guys. I'll call when I can."
"Okay, we miss you too. You're apart of the extended family, so we'll always be in touch. We better head inside. Call us tomorrow", says Ms. Bosco.
I smile and I say, "I'll try to call you guys. If I can't I'll send you an email."
Joel and I get in and I drive all the way back to the Sheba House, where I see the others training. Cleo, Bella, and Rikki are just sitting on the stools by the outdoor kitchen. When I pull up, everybody's heads turn in my direction.
"Who's in there", asks Mike.
I put the car into park facing the Sheba House and I turn the engine off. Joel and I step out with our food in hand and I have my purse and keys on me. Everybody's jaws drop and Mike asks, "Where did you get that car from?"
I respond, "Joel and I went out for dinner and my old 7th grade science teacher, her husband, and their family own the restaurant we went to. This car was an early birthday gift to me from them. Its been fully paid for and I don't have to worry about a thing. Trust me it's nice."
Joel takes the food inside and I pop the hood open revealing a street racing engine with nitro injection and everything an engine needs. I close the hood and I turn the engine on as well as the hot pink lights underneath the car. I turn the lights off as well as the engine. I take the keys out of the ignition and I say, "Nobody drives this car. Only I do, so if this car goes missing, I'll be angry as can be. Am I clear?"
Everybody nods and I walk inside, where I change into my pajamas and I put the keys in my ice skating duffle for tomorrow. I fall asleep, but I'm woken up at 4:00 A.M. by my phone going off. I answer it to see Coach Kasey's number. I answer it and I hear her ask, "Bre are you coming to the rink this morning?"
"Yes Coach I am. I'll get dressed and I'll be there soon", I say.
"Okay. Bring some bottled water and everything you need", says Coach Kasey.
"Understood. I'll be there as soon as I can", I say.
Coach Kasey and I hang up and I take a bath, where the water reveals my mermaid tail and chest cover. I get out ten minutes later and I dry off. I change and blow dry my hair. I grab my duffel bag that has all my stuff that I need for the rink as well as my purse that has my wallet in it. I pull my keys out and I take my car to the rink, where I see Coach Kasey unlocking the doors. I grab my stuff and I lock the car. I walk inside and I see Coach Kasey about to skate on the ice, when I see her skate I have a smile on my face. Coach Kasey spots me and she skates over.
"That was amazing Coach", I say.
"Thanks. Are you ready to skate", exclaims Coach Kasey.
"You're welcome Coach. Yes I'm ready to skate", I say.
I walk over to the bench, closest to the ice and I take my tennis shoes off and I put my skates on. I get onto the ice and I skate my heart out. As I'm skating Emily, Mike, Mia, Kevin, and Joel walk in to see me nail a triple loop. I take a water break five minutes later. Joel walks over to me and he puts a bracelet that has our names on it with our ranger symbols. I kiss Joel on the cheek and I get back to skating. I do a few more moves and that's when I do a perfect triple axel followed by a backwards glide. I finish skating and I tell Coach Kasey about Joel and who he is to me. She's shocked, but happy for us.
