I decided that nothing would really change it's not like i knew if Lexi was really our sister so why should i make it seem that way? I'm not going to be rude but i'm not going to make anything awkward by asking in the end i'm going to wait it out until I can talk to dad about everything else.

If she is my sister i would be out for my fathers beck for hiding something like this for however many years. Given the fact that her name is Grey a somewhat typical name i know that in the end i couldn't jump to conclusions.

Christina Yang is on my service again today. I don't know whose on her service but hopefully it's George.

"Good morning."

"Morning." Christina hands me a cup of coffee while i give her a confused glance.

"Mark." she took a pause her eyes widening. "Dr.Sloan i mean uh he said he couldn't get to you on time because of a surgery and he noticed i was on your seri-"

"Thank you." I start to walk off Christina and her intern following.

"Umm hi."

I turn around to see a short red but brownish hair colored female. I see she has a name tag.

Alexandra G.

What do I do?

I know. Nothing. I say absolutely nothing she probably doesn't know who i am so it wouldn't matter anyways.

"Ok let's go we don't have all day." I lead them as we head to the patients room.

I'm checking my charts when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around to see Lexi looking very uncomfortable.

"Umm sorry if I'm disturbing you. I'm Lexi Grey. You probably don't know anything about me and probably hate that I'm disrupting you- " she rambles.

"Your not disrupting me, and nothings for sure it's just a little shocking when someone pops up out of now where with half of your face and your last name you know? My mom definitely didn't have any other kids so if you are my so called sister, it means you belong to Thatcher. " I take a pauses.

"I do and i uh i could do everything. He just recently told me about you guys and i was in shock that Melody Grey was my sister and im still processing that. And im so glad you don't hate me like Meredith does."

"Meredith doesn't hate you she's just in shock she doesn't talk with dad so. And she's going through a lot right now it's all clashing into each other. She'll warm up to you just give her time."

Before I can get another word out in being pulled into a hug.

"Thank you for not hating me."

You know what maybe this isn't so bad.
