Myrkrtite – Dwarven ore found deep within Mount Fúinn. It's the primary export, and is used in the forging of various weapons.
Sæmiligr – Dwarven society has no Gods. Instead they worship the Sæmiligr, the honourable, dwarves who led great lives or achieved great deeds. It is possible for a dwarf to become a Sæmiligr while alive, though currently there are none.
Mòraigs – Similar to human provinces, states or suburbs but found within a mountain/dwarven society. They are often separated by depth eg. King Forge is the upper mòraig of the Golden City and Járnlode is the 2nd, lower mòraig.
Likid Fire – A liquid concoction that when mixed with water, ignites, creating liquid flames.
Rotations (in regard to dwarven age) – Although dwarves can and do live on the surface, the overwhelming majority live within the confines of their mountains and tunnels. A subterranean lifestyle means no seasons to judge the passage of time. For the last two and a half thousand years the dwarves have relied on a large clock like device called an astrolume timed to the planet's rotation of the sun, created with the help of human mages and astronomers. Since its creation all dwarven cities have an astrolume and base age on its rotations.
Krakmule – Beasts of burden, bodies similar to the oxen of the surface with heads resembling the woodland Moose creatures and their large antlers. Named for the sound two combative mules make when antlers collide.
Krag - Dwarven word for "Clan"
