It was possibly the most normal the outpost can be at the time, you and ms. Venable had a thing where the both of you talked to each other almost whenever the both of you had the chance to sneak away to an empty room where none of the others would be.
The both of you would talk for hours on end until it was time for curfew, but In the last couple of days she has been getting distant from you and you started wondering why. So when you and the others were called down for dinner you just decided to pretend she's not there until the others left but little did you know she had her eyes on you from time to time.
She knew that she stopped talking to you afraid that she'll catch feelings for you but little did she know she had and she hated herself for it. When dinner ended she gave the cue for everyone to leave but you ultimately stayed your ground.
"Ms. Y/L/N you're free to go," Wilhelmina said as she got up from her seat and walked towards the door
"I'm not leaving until you explain to me why the hell you've been ignoring me until now!"
"I'm not going to explain anything to you, so if I were you I would get going"
" no not until you tell me what the hell is up with you"
She just ignored you at that point and started to walk out of the room but you weren't gonna let her do that so you quickly stood up and went after her only for you to finally reach her and pin her to the wall
"What in the world is up with you Wilhelmina! Why have you been avoiding me? Bloody hell! I've been trying to talk to you every day and all you do is walk away from me"
She hated seeing you this upset with her so she put her cane to the side and pulled you into her engulfing you in the tightest hug she could give you and did the same, you hid your face into her neck enjoying this closeness with her and afraid of letting go
"Look I'm sorry I've been avoiding you it's just that I have feelings for you and if you don't like me back I get it I-" before she could finish you cut her off By crashing your lips onto her she was surprised at first but soon melted into the kiss, wrapping her arms around your waist bringing you closer to her in every way possible but before anything can get too heated you pulled away in fear of anyone walking into the both of you.
"Maybe we should continue this somewhere else mina"
"Hmm... Maybe we should little one"
She took her cane back and grabbed your hand leading you to her room and you knew you had a long night ahead of you
