dreams pov: 

when i pressed the button.

 i woke up and it was a a few weeks before i went to see sapnap. I got out of bed and saw george. 

Dream: hey george i want to tell you that i want to break up

george: but why what did i do to deserve this

Dream: you dumb ass you cheated on me and you can get the stuff that you bought. oh yeah that is nothing now get out.

narrator pov:

george got out and dream got some clean close and went to get some candy and flowers.

dream:

 i got saps fav candy and drinks and some purple flowers. then went to his house. i knocked on the door and sapnap did not answer. i knocked at less for 3 more min.

i know something was wrong. i looked around for the spare key. where the fuck is the key i said to myself. I saw a plant and know right away it was going to be in there and it was.

I unlocked the door and went to his room and saw blood on the floor. my heart drooped when i could not find sapnap. I ran to the bath room and what i saw. At what i saw made a tear roll down my face.

sapnap on the floor passed out. with blood coming out of his mouth.

dream: sapnap omg

i ran to him

dream: sapnap plz wake plz i am begging you to wake up.

 i checked his pulse, there was a pulse

dream: thank god

narrator pov:

dream picked sapnap up and put him in his bed. I went to get some water when gets up.

dream did not want to leave sapnaps side.

dreams pov:

i got in sapnaps bed and i felt so bad for leaving him. i cuddled him and my heart was beating so much. and then i fell asleep.

sapnaps pov: 

i woke to the warmness on my back. instead of the cold floor. there was no blood on my mouth.

i look down to see a hand on my waist. i looked to the part where it was the warmest part. and saw dream

sapnap: dream

i thought to myself what was he doing here and did he see me on the floor. then i looked at how we where and dream was cuddled up to me. i felt my face turn red.

i felt dream start to move and i acted like i was asleep. 

dream pov:

i got up and sapnap was still asleep. so i got some food and a drink and eat it. I got back in bed and cuddled up to sapnap again.

sapnap pov:

i have not cough up blood.

narrator pov:

dream went on his phone for 10 min. 

dream started to fell guilty for leaving sapnap alone for so long and not being to see how bad sapnap has got.  dream want to tell sapnap this. but was to scared to tell him. so he would do it when he was sleeping. 

dream: sapnap i am so sorry. i should have been there  for you. and i should tell you the truth about my feelings. love you so much.

dream started to to tear up.

sapnaps pov: 

dream loves me? why is he crying? and he is sorry?  questions started felling sapnaps drain.

i turned to face dream and i hugged him.

sapnap: dream it is ok. Please stop crying

sapnap looked at dream and wiped of the tears off dreams face and left him hand on dreams face.

Dream was surprised.

sappy you where awake. dream said looking  

sapnap started to get red again because of the nickname dream give him.

sapnap: yes i have and i love you too.

narrator:

sapnap was looking at dreams lips and then at his eyes. as if he was asking dream if he could his him. dream shook his head up and down.

dream pov: 

i felt sapnaps lips on my. after a few sec. we where making-out.
