Chapter 02

[Jungkook's POV]

It was nice meeting Ms. Park again. She's like a mother figure to me and Jin hyung. I was happy knowing she was here to see us. I woke up this morning getting a call from my father about visiting them. Letting that girl from last night leave and getting ready,I went to Jin hyung's place and then we came back here together to meet her. Even though I had a really bad headache after yesterday's hangover. But I've now gotten used to it.

Dad and Jin hyung was talking with Ms. Park and her daughter I guess. I didn't feel like sitting there anymore. I needed to go out and get some fresh air. And I needed to go there.

"Excuse me dad, I'm gonna go out for a bit" I tell my father and stand up. Standing up, my eyes land on Ms. Park's daughter for a second. She was glancing at me but the moment I looked at her, she took her gaze away. I didn't spend time there any longer and went out.

Walking down the riverside and looking around I enjoy the cold wind hitting my face and walk over to the other side of the river through the little bridge.

A lot has changed in the past years.

The tiny plants besides the river turned into trees.A few trees are starting to shed as it's almost winter. Some of the old trees died . Dead leaves spreading on the ground. The bench Sitting under the oak tree has rust all over it. It's once white color is now caramel . Memories starts taking over my mind once again.

"It's beautiful! " 9 year old Yoona exclaims. "Thank you so much" She says in awe.

"But it's nothing compared to Ms. Park's one" I reply. "She can do a lot better. I'm just learning it. Wait till I am an expert in it,then i'll make you thousands of these. " I smile.

She giggles and takes the flower headband off and places it on my head instead. "It looks better on you"

I blush and say "Yoona,I probably look like a girl right now! And besides, I made it especially for you and only you."

"No you look cute in it" She giggles again as I put the band back on her. "I'm gonna wear it for your 10th birthday tomorrow kook.Thanks" She says and looks over the other side of the river where our parents are sitting. "I wanna show it to mom" She says as we start heading over to the other side.

'Why couldn't those moments last forever' I let out a breath I was holding. Standing there for a little while longer and thinking back to those times, I notice Ms. Park's daughter standing at the other side of the river.

'What is she doing here? ' I scoff and left the place.

[Y/N's POV]

He stood just up and went out. I wonder what's wrong.He seemed frustrated.

"Hey Y/N! " SeokJin reaches out to me after finishing speaking to my mother. "I heard you just graduated. Congratulations! " He congrats me.

"Thank you Jin-ssi. I'm excited to move forward with my life. " I smile at him.

"What subject did you study in university? " He asks.

"I graduated from Arts and Literature. I wish to open an art exhibition in the future , it's my dream since I was in high school"I say.

" Oh it's really great Y/N. My wife loves arts as well. I can get you to know her. She's pretty good at these stuffs. If you need any help anytime, you can just call me. "
