"Honey, I'm so glad you're alright. Claire! I can't believe that it was her! She's always been so nice!"

"No, mom," I said, "she's always been evil. That was just a disguise." We were at Hanna's house. Apparently, the entire city knew about this situation through the news. When my mom found out that I had almost been murdered by one of my best friends, she had immediately called the resort. They had told her that we had cut our trip short and left. They had been very worried about us but little did they know that we were on our way home. "

Oh, honey, I'm so sorry. I know that she was your best friend. I would have been devastated if I were you but the important thing is that you're safe and she's behind bars. No one can hurt you know." She lightly kissed me on my forehead. "

"We have a surprise for you." My dad said.

"What is it?" I asked.

Both, my mom and dad, looked at each other. "You tell."

"No, you tell."

"On the count of three. One, two, three!"

Both of them said together, "We found a new house on this street and we'll be shifting there in a few days' time."

"Really?" I asked. I was happy that we now had our own house though I would miss waking up in the guest room, which smelt like roses. I would miss the smell of Ashley's pancakes every morning. Most of all, I would miss living with Hanna. It had seemed like an endless sleepover.

"Yeah, really," my dad said, "we would move know but we just want you to calm down and relax after all that happened. You deserve to. When we shift, it will be hectic since all our stuff got burnt. We need to go and buy new furniture. This time, you can pick and design your room. We'll let you pick your own wallpaper and colour."

"Thanks, mom and dad." I said and smiled.

"Group hug!" Ashley said and all six of us, Hanna, Miranda, Ashley, my parents and I hugged. Now my life could finally go back to normal.
