"Good morning, Alex." I cracked open my eyes to see Hanna and Miranda sitting on my bed.

"Hey," I said as I got up, "I just had the weirdest dream that-"

"Claire tried to kill you?" Hanna offered.

"Yeah, but how did you know that?" I asked.

"I know everything, sweetheart." Hanna said and winked. All of us laughed. This was way too funny.

"She's kidding, of course." Miranda said.

"That-that was real?" I asked. Both of them nodded. Slowly all the memories of yesterday came back to me. From the moment we left the hotel room to the group hug when we returned home.

"Are you still in shock?" Hanna asked me.

"No, I'm not. I'm fine. Come to think of it, it actually makes sense. That was the reason Claire never really like me, or any of us. That's why she had never been with s when I attacked, it was because she was the one attacking! I can't believe that we didn't see this before. That's why she's always looked at me with jealousy and hatred," everyone's face became serious, "you know," I said to lighten up the mood, "maybe I should stay away from French things, they always seem to almost get me killed." We all laughed.

"Anyways," Hanna continued, "come downstairs. My mom is making pancakes."

"What?" I quickly jumped off the bed and went downstairs. I loved Ashley's pancakes. They were the best on the world. Anything she cooked was the best in the world. Her cooking was awesome.

"Ashley," I said as we were eating pancakes, "would you teach me how to cook? Your food is amazing!"

"Sure, no problem," she said, "I would be more than happy to teach you. At least someone wants to learn my cooking." While saying that she pointed her chin towards Hanna who didn't seem to notice and we all burst out laughing. Even she laughed, though she had no idea why. After we told her, her face became pink and all of us laughed again. It felt so good to laugh without fear.
