A Hero's End | A sad BakuDeku Story

Chapter 1

Deku's POV:

"Ahh.." I sighed, it was mid-April and second year at UA has just begun. I was staying at home for the holiday, but its now time to stay at school. I walked downstairs with my luggage in hand, and placed it next to the front door. 

"Mom!!" I shouted to get her attention, "Its time for me to go!"

I walked to the kitchen and found Inko making me some breakfast. 

"Sweetie, I made you breakfast to go to school with!" She smiled. 

"Thank you so much, Mom!! You really didn't need to!" I smiled back. It was now getting past my leaving time. I gave Mom a hug and a goodbye and left the house. 

'I wonder how everyone is doing back at UA' I thought. Then the image of Bakugo came into my mind, he was so cool, he was such an alpha male. "Bakugo..."  i said outloud, i feel my face redden as I kept thinking about him. I shook it off and kept going. I made it to UA dorms and walked in, everyone else was there, Uraraka ran and gave me a hug. I was taken back for a second before i hugged back. Everyone was in uniform ready to go to school, i needed to get changed. She let go and i looked at bakugo who just scoffed at me and walked into the kitchen.

I said hi to everyone, and walked to my dorm room to unpack. I walked in to see all my All Might figurines still in perfect order, I placed down my bag and opened it. I placed all my clothes in the closet next to my bed and put my bag behind it. I changed into my uniform and walked downstairs. Bakugo came out of the kitchen.

"So all of us are not here, can we just go?" Bakugo scowled. Everyone agreed and we started walking to class. 'God... he's so organised..' I was thinking to myself. I shook the thoughts of him again and kept going. We soon reached the classroom where Iida and Momo were setting up for the class. 

We sat down as Aizawa walked in, "Ok students, we are going to do some training because I cannot be bothered to teach today."

'Yes! I love training!' i thought, and went to stand up.

"However, there are some ground rules" he continued.

i sat down quickly, to not embarrass myself in front of my whole class even though they fully heard me try and get up. 

"You will be in teams of 2, and some battles between you will take place in city delta." he finished, "Good luck."

Instantly, everyone seemed to know who they were going to, and i did NOT want to be paired with Mineta. Mina went to Kirishima, Uraraka went to Tsu, Iida went to Momo, Denki and Jirou, I saw Bakugo not moving... *Sigh* 

"Hey Kaachan..." I quietly said.

"What, Shitty nerd" he replied in a growl.

"Ummm... you wanna p-pair up for this?" i continued, i was totally intimidated by this fierce aura.

"Why? so you can be better than me?!" he started screaming.

I backed away slowly, not wanting to anger him more, and as he kept screaming, i looked down and ran out.

Bakugo's POV:

Deku ran away, i could see small tears down his cheeks. 'GOD I DID IT AGAIN DIDNT I?!' I sighed. I looked down at the desk next to me, when i feel someones presence next to me. I looked up, it was Mina.

"What do you want, Racoon Eyes.?!" i screeched. 

"What did you do to Deku!! We've talked about this!" She replied, angrily. She was used to me exploding at people, but she also knows how much i care for Deku. He's stuck next to me even after all the times i exploded at him, everytime we fought, everytime ive made fun of him for being quirkless. Even though he says he forgives me for those times, i dont believe him, i feel how scared he is of me. I started to reminisce of all the times I was completely stupid. Tears started welling up in my eyes, which i quickly covered so no one can see this side of me. 

"You need to go apologise..." Followed Mina.

I stood up, silently, to go after Deku. I walked out with Mina cheering in the background. Deku was just around the corner crying into the wall. 

"Am i not good enough for you..?" Deku sobbed.

I was taken back.

"Deku... Yes you are..." I replied quietly.

"Really..?" 

"Deku of course you are! Im sorry" i replied tears now falling down my face.

He looked at me concerned. 

"Bakugo... I didnt realise you can cry!!" 

I looked at him with a glare. I took a step back and tried to hide my tears.

"You know you could never hurt me right Kaachan?" He smiled. His green eyes staring intently at me.

"W-what? You stupid nerd had me worried about you ffs!" i replied louder.

I walk back to class and slumped in my seat, i laid my head on the desk and peered out the window. It was nice outside, trees waving in the trees. i looked back, now my forehead on the desk. 

'Im not doing training today..' i thought. 

When everyone left i stayed in my seat, Aizawa was gone too, it was just my lonely self. I started crying to myself again. I was such a crybaby, if anyone walked in on my i'd be dead. 

In comes Deku himself...
