Chapter 4: The Big Announcement

Sapnap pov

"Hello chat welcome back to the stream today we are doing some dream SMP builds and stuff with Dream. Also, we have some big news for yall so just stick around till we say that. Ok, let's start." I undeafend on discord to talk to Clay. "helloooo sap when are we announcing the big news?!?" he asked as soon as I undefend, "my chat won't stop bugging me about it and it's getting ridiculous." I was thinking about when to do it. "Hey, we could do it right now if you want to. Then we can continue stream as normal afterward," I said after a minute of thinking. "Okay, but who going to say it? Chat as you can see we didn't plan this very well." Clay laughed, well not exactly laughed more like wheezed. "You do it a dream you seem to have more energy today," I told him opening up Minecraft. "Sapnap I think we all know I always have more energy than you on streams" he wheezed again. "Well dream if you want your chat to stop spamming you'd say the big news." I shot back at him. I looked at my chat and all I saw was people saying I was being sassy. "Okay chats, the other day sapnap was looking for an apartment in texts but unfortunately for him couldn't find any...... but I live in an apartment with like 4 rooms so~ he is coming down to Florida to live with me!!!!!" he said that so excitedly that part of it scared me. Ding. "oh I have to do something really quick uh keep the stream entertained." I heard from Clays' side of the call. "Okay Dream, okay chat now that we told you that let's get to playing," I said when we left opening Minecraft.

Dream pov

I looked at the message. It was y/n saying she needed help. I muted and triple check I was muted and walk out to go help y/n. "What do you need my help with?" I asked walking into the kitchen. "Uh, can you grab the pan from up top? I guess I used the stool and put it too high." I looked in the direction she pointed. "Oh yeah, ill grab that. That might have been me who put it too high after making eggs earlier. Sorry." I noted while grabbing the pan. "Thank you, Clay. I think dinner will be quick to make so I'll bring it to you when it's done" she took the pan from my hands and put it on the stove to get it to heat up. "Alright just knock so I know your coming in" I advised her when I was walking back to our office.

y/n pov

I watched him walk back to the office and shut the door. I went and turned on some music. Hopefully, the stream cant hears this. I thought. I put the hot dogs in the pan and poured the multi-colored pasta into the pot with boiling water. Once the noodles were done the hot dogs were pretty close to done as well. I cooled the pasta and put the Italian dressing on it. I knocked on the door with the pasta salad and hot dogs. I put them on the table and grab to condiments. "One-second guys I have to grab some food really quick. Be right back." clay said to his stream. I watched as he hit the mute button on stream and discord so sapnaps stream couldn't hear us. "Thanks for cooking this. Are you staying in here to eat?" he questioned. "Thank you and yeah ill stay and watch you guys play," I said putting my condiments on my hotdog. " ok imma unmute now just so you know," he said seconds before unmuting. They streamed for another two hours. There were lots of times I had to walk out because I needed to laugh at them. I was outside the room when I heard clay say "y/n I'm just on a call with sap if you wanna come back in." I walked back into the room and sat in my chair. Clay unplugged his headphones so I could hear sap. "Hey y/n nice to finally meet you!" sapnap exclaimed, "nice to meet you too!" I exclaimed back. "So I heard yall were cleaning out a couple  o-" he got cut off by George joining the VC. Clay had his camera on and the first thing I heard out of George's mic was who is that girl in your camera Clay. clay froze up for a second think of what to say. "Hello George, I'm y/n. I'm Clay's roommate," I said ignoring Clays' shocked face. "Since when did Clay have a roommate?" the question. "Since he moved into my apartment 3 years ago." I laughed. " oh alright. Clay can you tell me now what happened on stream the other day." he said while adjusting his camera. "Before you do clay I'm going to finish what I was saying before I was rudely interrupted by the color blind man. So I was told yall cleaned out the rooms today for me to move in." sapnap said before Clay even opened his mouth. "Yea we did. We just finished moving everything before Clay streamed and I made dinner. It took so long" I responded to Sap. "okay now that you asked, let me answer George really quick. y/n was doing the dishes and dropped some of the plates on the floor by accident and hurt herself so went and helped clean up the mess and get her bandaged up. ." He answered George calmly, looking at me every so often."Oh, and y/n how was your leg feeling today? I mean to ask earlier but I got sidetrack by cleaning" he asked looking at my leg. "It's feeling better than yesterday!" I responded shocked that he asked. We talk with his friends for a little longer.

Clay pov

I look over at y/n while still on call. She looks so calm and tired right now. "Hey, guys I think I'm going to log off for the night" I saw y/n turn her head when I said this. "Alright Clay talk to you tomorrow!" they both said in unison. "Bye Y/N!! Hopefully, talk to you tomorrow two." Nick said excitedly. "Bye Nick bye George. Maybe ill talk tomorrow with yall!" she said back to Nick. I turned off the computer and looked over to y/n. "Hey, you wanna go watch a movie with me?" I asked getting up from my chair. "Yeah sure. What movie are we going to watch?" she was getting up from her chair. "Uh, what about an Avengers movie?" I suggested. "Yeah let me go change into some pajamas and then ill be out," she said pushing her chair back under the desk. I decided to make some popcorn and chocolate along with some blankets and I sat down on the couch. She came out a little bit later and sat next to me. She was wearing some pajama shorts and a sweatshirt I turned on the movie and she grabs some of the popcorn and chocolate.

Around an hour into the movie, I felt something on my shoulder. I looked over and y/n was asleep. I put my arm around her and continued watching the movie. I heard my phone go off next to me. It was a text message from sap. Why is he texting me right now?

Messages

Sap: hey uhh my plane ticket got bumped up for tonight do you think you can pick me up from the airport when I get there

Me: yeah I can when does it go out?

sap: I should be getting on soon so ill see you in a little bit!

Me: alright.

I carefully shook y/n awake. "Hey, you need to get dressed sapnaps flight is coming here tonight so we need to go pick him up," I said to her, standing up slowly. "Okay I'll be right back," she said, sleepily.
