"what?"
"quit reading and do something with meeee~!"
"do what?"
"i don't know... cuddle?"
"no."
"don't be such a party pooper!" i puffed up my cheeks and pouted like an anime girl.
"you never want to cuddle when i want to cuddle, so why would i cuddle with you now?" she asked.
"because."
"because why?"
"because i love you~!" i leaned in closer to annie and lifted her arm up so i could snuggle up in her arms.
"why are you acting like a child? you're a grown woman, y/n." she sounded serious.
"damn, ok your mean." i got out of her arms and stood up to get something to eat.
"i'm sorry! no, please come back in my arms and be adorable!" she begged.
"really?!" i turned around with my eyes beaming.
"uh- yeah.."
i quickly sat back down and she lifted her arm up so i could get comfy in her arms on the couch.
i closed my eyes and dug myself in her side and hugged my small fiancé tight as she read her book. my mouth started to hurt from how much i was smiling.
"what're you reading?" i speak up.
"none of your business."
"harsh." i say under my breath. i look up to see what she's reading. "hey! that's Banana Fish!"
"mhm." she hums with a sigh.
"that's a sad anime."
"there's an anime adaptation?" she turns her head to me and we lock eyes.
"yeah, you didn't know that?"
"no."
"wow!"
"you're usually never this bubbly. this is weird." annie changes the subject.
"i don't know! i guess i just felt lonely because you didn't sleep with me last night and i missed you!"
"that's not a reason. we're engaged, we sleep with each other every night."
"i honestly don't know why i'm so bubbly today, but you should take advantage because when i get bubbly, that night, i get really sexy."
she blushed at what you said. "how come i've never seen this before?"
"again, i don't know, but i know this because it happened with my past girlfriend."
she put her book down and wrapped her other arm around me and kissed the top of my head and closed her eyes.
we cuddled for the rest of the afternoon and fell asleep in each others arms.
