Everyone looked down concerning our boss, I looked at him the way he looked at me. His eyes glimmer with the bright lights of the room. I stared at his beautiful eyes, they're empty. he sighed then shifted his gaze to our department manager. "What do you think you're doing?" He asked him sternly the manager lowered his head. "I was just trying to lecture them, sir." He said voice shaking "Is part of lecturing hitting this employee?" He asked him again, this time the manager couldn't talk.

"In my office." He said looking at me and our manager, I rolled my eyes, I'm starting to get sick being sent by the office from time to time. What am I? A high schooler who always got detention? I rolled my eyes again as I started following him.

I'm now sitting in front of our department manager, he's not raising his head maybe ashamed of his actions, I smirked at that thought. As he should.

"Mr. Ericsson." Athan started "Please tell me why you shout to our employees. Especially Ms. Cy?" He said looking at the manager, I'm feeling bored. "I'm not shouting Sir, It's just my normal voice." He said almost whispering "Normal voice but now you're whispering." I said and rolled my eyes Athan looked at me and sighed.

"Ms. Cy, would you please explain to me what happened?" He said, I looked at him. "Where should I start?" I asked him "From the beginning, " He said this time more serious which made me smirk "Oh so you see, this morning called me in his office. He was offering me to be the model of our new endorsement project, well I told him I'll think about it but I'm declining it." I stopped and looked at Mr. Ericsson "He then held my hand and told me it was a nice opportunity. But still, I declined."

I continued I saw Athan clenched his jaw lol what was that for? "Before I left his office he told me I'd regret declining him. Well in fact why will I regret it? We all knew your dirty actions, you always scare us in our department, especially the girls. You're using your power over us just to say yes to you always. Hannah even told me you'll give her a better position if she'll sleep with you." I said with an angry tone looking at him disgustingly.

"WHAT?!" Athan said now he's angry, this is exciting. "I'm sorry sir!" Mr. Ericsson begged and even dropped to his knees but Athan didn't hear a word so he then fired him, yes cry, you bastard. I was having this little party inside my head when he looked at me with angry eyes.

"This is all your fault!" He said ready to attack me but the guards came right on time. I then sighed, and finally, we got rid of him. Such a sweet revenge, after he left I went back to my place and had a little dance on the way.

It's already 9:30 in the evening, and I am now heading out of work "Bye Kristine, see you tomorrow." Sean said I hugged him "See you tomorrow too." I said then we parted ways. Today I decided to walk home again, and same as last night I saw this mysterious river, it looked so strange and very comforting at the same time. I looked at it again it was like staring at my soul, due to curiosity I dived in, and same as last night I couldn't get out of the water. It was not suffocating, I know I can't breathe but I can still feel that I'm breathing. I then closed my eyes and let the river take me to where it wants to take me.
