They say that every single tattoo, has its own kind of a story. That every milimetre ink stain on your pale, skin means something more powerful then even the person recieving the tatto can perfecty understand themselves. Eventually, it becomes clear what it truly means and how there is more to the tattoo then a big night out with friends. Thats basically what my kind do, Im not like you or your friends. Im different. My kind's mission is to save yourself. And the way to save yourself is simple. Once you hit the tender age of thirteen, your name is entered into a draw the same amount of times that you have aged since being born. Everyone from the age thirteen, gathers in the centre of the village every December thrity-first where the town mayor draws each name from the comuine one by one. Wether your name is called first or last depends how many tattoos your recive that year. If your name was to be drawed first you could have any where up to four hundred tattoos that year, all of which you have to discover the meaning for yourself personally. For every tattoo left by the new year you loose a single day of your life. Not many people live to see fifty where I'm from. As the clock striked midnight the tattoos begin to fade onto each persons skin. No single tatto will be present on two different people, unless they are truely soul mates.
