Quirk Type : Emitter, Mutant, Transformation, AOE
Quirk Description : The user controls their ability by certain sounds and vibrations. The user can vary each ability to an extent. For an example, if the user hears a storm, they can bend and manipulate the clouds, rain and lightning.
Quirk Drawback : The user can have difficulty maintaining their normal form if they overuse the quirk.
