Description: "Storm God" gives the enhance stats to strength and speed while also allowing the user have complete manipulation over lighting,wind and water
Weakness of quirk
1.overused of his lighting manipulation can cause serious damages to his body like internal bleeding, to losing feeling of limbs, heart attacks, mingrins and worse case scenario death
2. Overused of his wind manipulation can cause the person to pass out since it requires the person to use the air around them so they wouldn't be able too breath
3.oversued of water manipulation can cause the user to "dry out" since it requires the user to use the water moisture from there body perform attacks the only way to get around it is to use water moisture from the air but it's super difficult
