"I could say I spoke to Tyr's mother and she had some kind of hint about your wearabouts." Kitri suggested.

They were walking down toward the docks to meet up with Thor and Hymir who were still rowing back to shore. Loki disguised himself as Tyr again as they got closer, and was very much having a grand time in planning out his official return to Asgard. Even hiden as Tyr he just seemed so happy, fighting his smile as they got close enough to see the two men rowing closer.

Thor was rowing with the oars, his back to them as the boat moved closer. Hymirs expression looked grim and gloomy. "I at least ask you do your part, Thor." They heard him grumble as they got into hearing distance. "Tie up the boat, or bring the whales I caught to my home."

Loki found a perfect opportunity to mess with him some more from this. He twisted the words Thor heard just a little. "No problem! I can get the boat, Hymir." Thor boomed.

Once both on shore and Hymir started pulling in the whales, Thor just picked up the entire boat over his head with a huff and started carrying it to Hymirs home away from the dock, presumably to tie it up outside his front door. Kitri bit her lip, trying to contain giggles at the absurd action, and it did seem to further show off Thor's impressive strength since it was not a very small boat by any means. It still contained the oars and various wooden boxes and barrels Hymir kept in it.

"Wha-" Hymir began as he turned around with the hook that held the whales in hand, watching Thor carrying his boat away from the dock and already out of earshot. He locked eyes with Loki and let out a deep aggravated sigh, shaking his head to signify how frustrated he was with the whole situation.

Loki showed him a sad smile as he shrugged, before he offered to help him carry one of the whales back to the house. Normally this is something that he would gladly let his son help with, but with Thor having won over him in strength again and again he wasn't about to look like he needed the assistance to further insult him in front of the famous son of Odin.

Hymir was not only skilled in strength, he was known as "The Wise One" by his kind, and he had one more challenge to test Thor before he just handed his cauldron over to this Asgardian.

He set the whales down in the snow by his home, and retrieved a small cloth covered object from his house that he held in his right hand as he approached Thor.

"Rowing a boat is not considered an act of might, Thor." He started, and Thor turned around to look at him in confusion, just finishing tying the boat to a nearby small wooden fence that was usually used to tie up horses. "If you are so strong and mighty, I will only give you my cauldron if you use your strength to damage this mug."

Kitri and Loki watched with interest as he handed over the cloth wrapped object into Thors outstretched hand. He unfolded the cloth, and it did look like an ordinary viking drinking horn, but Loki and Kitri noticed the magic radiating off of it like a blinding wave of translucent light once he uncovered it.

"I knew it. Strengthened by magic." Loki thought.

"Seems you were not mistaken about his improved fishing abilities being the work of magic as well... Do you think he did this spell himself?" Kitri wondered.

"No idea. He seems capable, but it could be that this enchanted object was obtained from someone else..." Loki speculated.

Thor observed the simple looking mug and gave Hymir a wide smile. "Alright, Hymir. I will complete this task."

Hymir crossed his arms with a smirk as he watched.

Thor smashed the mug with as much strength as he could muster into a nearby boulder, but the boulder split into many pieces, seemingly weaker than this enchanted object. Thor seemed surprised, but kept trying, first with his hammer, which just broke the ground underneath it, driving it deeper. Then by throwing it against Hymirs home.
