I saw her hidden under her pitch black cover ,
Tried to peep inside;unraveling a mystery.
She was distinct , somewhat like me.
Seemed I knew her for long,
Bodacious thoughts agitated long talks .
Any interruption felt annoying;
For an alter-ego so comparable and rich.
Amidst the chilled darkness,
She shone like the soothing moonlight, concealed under her pitch black cover.
Nothing's perpetual;so wasn't she.
I loved my lonely nest and so did she.
Something, out of a blue moon , cracked from inside.
Priorities changed; Her not mine!
Somebody lashed the carpet,
And ramified the dust .
Waves which travelled for miles - together,
Died at the seashore
And dissevered their path.
And I noticed that she faded away ,
Into somewhere dark.
Something went wrong,
I felt so deficient ,
Maybe I lingered around for long ?
Failed to revive the amusing talks and the analogous thoughts.
Should've known black is ominous ,
And then she dematerialized somewhere down there ,
In her pitch black cover.
She is a good cook,
She must've found some good food.
Afterall , people are all around the globe,
Some even more religious than the Pope.
I don't recall when I got so dependent
To get so easily offended.
I heard her giggling down there,
Beneath her pitch black cover
I need to run away,
To find a way.
I need to unbind myself ,
From her alcoholic- black cover.
She is tenacious enough to let go ,
She poisoned my firmity,
Despite a tough facade ,
I was brainsick within.
I end up fumbling on the,
Old blue memories ,
Relishing her toxic black cover.
There she takes a jump,
With a bunch of fresh and new lads,
And as I got up to move on,
I got webbed inside her cover,
Specious - pitch black cover .
