Eve's p.o.v.

The next day I woke up early and stretched before jumping from my position in the tree I was in. I landed quietly so as to not wake Gon and scanned the area sensing someone else nearby. Shrugging, I glanced at Gon and left beginning my search for my target. From what I had seen of him back at trick tower I knew he wouldn't be much of a problem. The main issue would be finding him. As I walked through the trees I felt like I was being followed and grinned as I continued walking, acting like I hadn't noticed. If someone wanted my badge they'd have to do better than that. It had been about ten minutes and as I walked a twig snapped behind me and I heard someone curse under their breath.

"I know you're there. I have for awhile now. Why not show yourself so we can get this over with?" I called out as I looked over my shoulder and waited in silence for a moment until someone slowly stepped out of the bushes. I frowned seeing it wasn't the one I needed and sighed as I contemplated walking away. The poor man probably thought I was an easy target for points and came after me.

"We can do this the easy way so no one will get hurt. Just hand over your badge and I won't kill you." He threatened and I smirked as I turned to him. I guess I could have some fun with him before I found my target.

"You act as if you could do such a thing." I taunted and he frowned.

"We both know you've only made it this far because of Hisoka. If it weren't for him you wouldn't be here princess." He spat and I grinned as I pulled out my ribbon and gently slid it over my hand until I held the other end.

"Is that so? Well then you shouldn't have a problem with taking my badge. I'm not simply going to give it to you so if you want it you'll have to come and take it from me. Besides it's much more fun that way don't you agree?" I said and lightly ran my tongue over the edge of my ribbon leaving a small cut. I smiled tasting my own blood and licked my lips as the man before me looked disgusted.

"If that's how you want it then fine. Don't say I didn't warn you princess." He said and charged at me with a knife. I hummed as I dodged his attack easily and continued dodging swiftly with each swing of his weapon. Once I had my fun of wearing him out I began dancing around him while twirling my ribbon around my body until I quickly wrapped it around his leg pulling him to the ground.

"By the way if you thought I was going to go easy on you, you're sadly mistaken. I'm only taking my time to get some fun out of it. All work and no play makes for a very boring life don't you think?" I asked and stuck my tongue out showing the blood dripping from it.

"You damn brat! When I get my hands on you I swear-"

"You'll what? Fail to attack again? Or will you be a good boy and surrender. If so I might just spare your life." I taunted and flinched as he spat on me hitting my chest and it splashed onto my cheek. Frowning I glared down at him in disgust as I pulled on my ribbon, dragging him across the ground. I listened to his screams as my ribbon cut into his leg drawing more blood the deeper it cut.

"And here I was planning on sparing your life. I guess this just means I get to have some fun with you instead so thank you for that." I spat as I threw the man into the air by his leg and slammed him into the ground back and fourth breaking several bones in his body in the process. With each hit the ribbon tightened and his screams got louder only encouraging me to continue.

After a few minutes of this his leg finally gave out and the ribbon sliced clean through it when he hit the ground leaving him screaming in pain as he began to bleed out. Lifting my now blood soaked ribbon, I admired the crimson color and licked a little bit of it off as I stared at the man. He shook in pain and fear as I stalked towards him and began pathetically begging for his life. My smile only grew seeing a man that once thought he could take on anything was now reduced to a cowering, pathetic mess.
