"Ring, ring, ring," the sound I wake to everyday.

"Lisa GET UP its time to go to school!" says Mama, who is walking up the stairs to make sure I'm awake.

Today is my first year at Alanis Academy, the biggest and richest school in the United States. My parents are millionaries, Mama is famous designer who once and still is a famous model and Papa is the CEO of the biggest company in New York. Everyone says that I look nothing like my parents, Mama is tall with slender long legs, pearly white skin, long light brown hair that turns blond in the sun, with bright green eyes. Papa is tall, muscular but not overly built, has dark brown hair, with tanned skin and light blue eyes. My appearance is very different from both, I am skinny with long black hair, petite, and I have dark green eyes.

"Boom" goes the door as my mother barges into my room.

"Morning sweet pea, how are you feeling?" says Mama.

"Morning Mama I'm tired but I think I'll live," I say.

"Okay then but hurry up and get ready because its time for you to leave for school."

"Okay."

I get up and head for my closet on the right side of my room. I take out my school uniform which is a white button up shirt with a navy blue skirt that goes to the middle of my highs, and a red tie. I enter the bathroom which is on the left side of my room and take a 10 minute shower before i get ready. I tucked in the white shirt and tied the red tie around my neck then I go to my mirror and decide to put my hair into two braids and I head out of my room. I kiss both Mama and Papa before I leave but they stop me to eat breakfast before I go.

"I don't want to eat today"

"No you will eat!" both of them say in unison.

I end up having to eat all of the breakfast Mama prepared for me. As I step out the door I begin to feel like eyes are all around me, like someone is watching me but I still make my way to the black car that is waiting for me. the driver opens the door and I enter. It takes like 10 minutes to get to school. As we get closer the school becomes bigger and I become scared. I begin to think, why didn't I ask Mama and Papa to come with me but then the thought of never being able to do anything by myself took away some of my fears. We arrive and I wait for the driver to open the door. I step out and all I see and beautiful and hansome people all around me. They are tall and sophisticated like none of them are afraid of anything, they are the opposite of me. It feels as if no one notices me. I tell the driver thanks and he leaves. I start for the entrance, UGH I want this day to end.

"Ouch" I hear someone say. I just realized I bumped into someone.

"Sorry, sorry. Are you okay? I'm so sorry." I say this and begin to look up. He was so handsome, he had a sandy blonde hair, hazel green eyes, lightly tanned skin, and was nicely built.

Then he begins to say, " Oh my goodness. I'm sorry. Are you okay?"

I begin to laugh, "Yeah, I am but are you?"

"Yes.........." he looks like wants to say something.

"Ummm............do you have something you want to say?"

"If I say this I hope you don't get offended but you are so cute!!!"

*BLUSH* OMG. I can't believe he said I was cute!

*softly* "thank you......"

"Your Welcome! I'm Daniel but you can call me Dan. May I ask your name?"

"My name is Lisa."

"Ummmm.......what class do you have first? What grade are you in? Today is my first day so I don't know if I'm gonna be much help but I'll try. I have Science first hour....."

"I have Science tooo!" I couldn't believe it such a cute guy was actually talking to me. Normally no one even greeted me outside of the house or at parties, which I rarely go to. We both go to Science and it was so amazing because we even became lab partners. After Science we split up, I had to go to English and he had to go to Politics. English was so quiet and akward, this girl kept on looking at me, she hair long wavy fiery red hair, dark ocean blue eyes, and a white complexion. After English she came up to me.

"Haiiiiii I'm Kimbery"

"Ummmm.......hello...."

"I know I must seem like a weirdo but I'd really like to be your friend. Is that okay?"

"Ummmm....I guess....."

"Oh my gosh! Really?! I've never had such a cute friend before!"

"hahahahahahahahaha. Really?! Whatever, I'm the one who has never had such a beautiful friend!" We both ended up laughing for like two minutes together then we checked if we had any classes together. We have English, Home Economics, and History together. Our next hour was History, in History we bumpted into Dan. We all ended becoming good friends after History. My next class I had to go to by myself, it was Music Theory. I believe that this was going to be my favorite class because this school is also well known for its Fine Arts Programs.

As I was walking to the Music Theory room I got lost until I heared a soft and melodic song which was combined with a powerful, deep but clean tone. This made the perfect song as the sounds melted into each other creating a feeling of being wrapped around by a warm breeze in the summer. Before I knew it I ended up at the practice where the sound was coming from.

*scilence* All of a suddenly the sound become quiet.

"BOOM!!!!"

"OUCH!!!" We said in unison.

"Don't come stand so close to a door next time if you don't want to get hit!" he said as he walked away as if he was about to cry.

I yell, "I'm SORRY! I won't next time so can I come listen again?" He turns around for what seemed like a second the he walked away quickly.

I ended up being late to Music Theory but I was excused because today was my first day but I couldn't get HIM out of my head.........
