Words in (Parentheses) are spoken in Hindi

It's the first day of Highschool for Iza, but she wasn't very excited about it. Ever since she had moved to America from India, she had always thought of High School as a scary place. She was fluent in English and Hindi, and she never got made fun of for having an accent; she still felt insecure about it.

This is her third year in America and she's gotten used to everything, but she still felt like an outsider in her mind. She taught herself how not to sound like she could speak two languages. She made sure to always appear uninteresting to others as well.

High School seemed like such a jump for her, and she thought that she would not get used to it.

On the bus to school, Iza sat somewhere in the middle of the bus. The kids were relatively loud but she stayed quiet. When they were dropped off at the school, she followed all the paths they gave to all the freshmen.

She was guided to each class with the help of the teachers. Every time a teacher would ask the class a question, she'd stay silent. When the teachers called on her, she'd make sure to speak as clearly as possible.

However, when she spoke, there was a small hint of her Indian accent, and some of the kids seemed really interested because of that. She dared not to tell anyone about herself because she wanted to seem "normal". One boy asked where she was from, and she lied and said that she was born in America.

Each class went by normally. Soon, it was the end of the school day and she had gotten on the bus to go home. On the bus, she was staring out the window and trying her hardest to draw no attention.

When Iza finally arrived at her house, she unlocked the door and went inside. She then locked the door again and turned around to take a big breath.

"(I'M HOME)!!!" She yelled loud enough for her little sister to hear.

Her sister yelled back, "(Iza!! Help me!)"

Iza threw her book bag onto the floor and ran to her shared room.

Her sister was under a blanket, "(Iza! The goblins got me in a trap! Help free me!)"

Iza made noises with her mouth then flung the blanket off of her. "(Are you okay Maira)?!" She asked.

Maira pointed and shouted, "(Behind you)!!"

Iza turned around and then dodged invisible arrows flying at her. She ran and grabbed her trusty "Aatish Katar", It was an old Indian weapon that consisted of a blade that she wore above her knuckles. Iza could control the power of fire, and she swore to use it to protect Maira at all costs.

She exploded with the power of fire and shot through the air to meet shadow goblins. They had wings and crossbows! They flew around and shot arrows at her but she incinerated them and sliced up the goblins!

Down below her was Maira, shadow hounds were attacking her! Maira however was prepared, she had the power of lightning! She summoned her own weapons called, Barqi Bagh Nakh; they were made out of lightning. They were similar to brass knuckles but they were closer to tiger claws. She used them to claw monsters with lighting speed and accuracy!

She roared and slashed the hounds mercilessly! With each one defeated, they burst into bubbles! Maira and Iza zipped around at top speed destroying all of the evil creatures!

Suddenly, Maira shrieked and said, "(Over there!)".

Thousands of ghost pigs flew over to them and picked them up off their feet and carried them to an underground cavern.

There was lava everywhere, and there seemed to be an evil presence there. The ghost pigs dropped the two girls on the floor and flew away. Inside the cavern they both heard a terrible voice yelling... It must be the evil dark underlord!!

Their mother yelled, "(Iza! Maira! Come here now!)"

Iza and Maira knew they were way too loud and were about to get yelled at. Their room was a mess and they had no excuses for it all. They usually got in trouble though, the usual punishment would be harsh; no dinner that night. No matter what, the two of them still would go back to being in their own worlds.
