Cheaper by the dozen

hospital 🏥 vists are never fun

Tony walked beside Peter into the hospital anxious to see how much damage was done to peters arm . Once they walked in
Tony had to fill out a bunch of forms but by four o clock they were headed home Peter now had a baby blue cast on his right arm. And was telling his dad about his school day before everything happened .
"Well at least you're okay but your pops and I do want to talk with all of you about what happened . "
"Are we in trouble ."Peter asked his lips coming out in a pout.
"Uhm yea a bit bud ." Peter put his head down "I'm sorry "
"Well talk about it at home ."
Once they got home Steve was cooking something in the kitchen while old music played .
"Hey honey were home . "
"Hey babe hey Pete why don't you go put your stuff away and we'll call ready okay bud ?" Peter nodded sadly before heading upstairs to his room .
"What's with him ?" Steve asked looking at Tony confused .
"I told him that we were going to talk With everyone after dinner and then he asked if he was in trouble and I told him kinda ."
"Well i mean they are in trouble I mean tony getting into fights they all know better and there were other options."
"I know so what are we thinking here grounded while there suspended ."
"Two weeks that way it's fair for all the kids?"
Tony nodded. so after dinner they gathered all the kids in the living room for a family meeting .
"Alright "Steve started "this is non negotiable your dad and I have talked and until all of you are back at school your grounded ."
"WHAT!" Gwen screamed "that's so unfair I've never done anything wrong ."
"Well princess that's not true you get warnings alot." Gwen crossed her arms .  Nebula looked towards her dads . "So two weeks what are we supposed to do ."
"Glad you asked neb well for two weeks you will all do chores , help out around the house , no electronics and only using computers for school ."
"No video games !" Miles asked from his spot next to beck .
"Yeah that's what's grounded means mi it means no fun stuff ."
"That's not fair you can't punish them cause I made a mistake I WON'T LET YOU!"
Steve walked over crouching down to his youngest son's eye level .
"Tone! little boy you do not speak to us that way and last we checked you are the children And we are your parents understand."
Miles looked up "yes sir ."
"Good now I think it's time you all went to bed "
All the kids were in bed and Steve was cleaning up from dinner when tony heard small steps coming from the stairs only to see Peter in his superman pajamas .
"Hey buddy what's up ?"
Peter looked down messing with the hem of his shirt "can't sleep cast itches." Tony held out his arms Peter sat down next to his dad letting him hug him .
"Dad do you hate us now cause we got suspended ?"
"Of course not oh Petey I was never mad at any of you your pops and I are just disappointed that you all choose the Acton's you did when there were better options that would have probably meant you not having a cast and no suspension ."
"Oh okay I'm sorry."
"It's okay mi bambino lets get you back to bed ."
So tony tucked Peter back into bed and headed to bed himself knowing Steve would be at his limit for the next week .
