"Niiaall!" Liam whined

"WHAT" I spat back as you can see I'm not in the best mood because my girl friend cheated on me weeks ago and I'm not my usual self I haven't been eating as much as I used to and I hardly go out and the lads are tired of it

"go for a walk you need to get out" he said back and I nodded and walked out with my phone and wallet in my hands and went for a walk down the streets of London, as I was going around the corner I heard a scream coming from up a head so I followed it and I ended up at the front of the old orphanage down the road, there is an old lady that owns it and she is really mean especially to the kids, when I saw where the screams were coming from I saw the old lady beating up a little boy that looked about 6 so I rushed to his help

"LEAVE HIM ALONE" I shouted and grabbed the little fragile boy from her grip and put him behind me so he was safe

"YOU CANT TELL ME WHAT TO DO" she yelled back at me and then walked inside, so I turned around to look at the scared little boy

"what's your name" I asked quietly trying not to scare him anymore

"Tyler" he said quietly

"how old are you Ty" I asked

"I'm 6" he said holding up 6 fingers and I smiled for the first time I have in a while

"I will be right back Tyler stay right here ok" I said and he nodded I was going to call Simon to ask if I can adopt him because he deserves a better life

(S=Simon N=Niall)

S- hello

N- hey uncle Si I was wondering if I could adopt a child?

S- you can't look after a child Niall

N- uncle Si please he needs this he is getting abused and I will take care of him

S- Niall if you say you can do it go ahead and does anyone else know about this?

N- no I just went out for a walk and saw him getting abused so I helped him

S- ok cya Niall bring him in tomorrow morning

N- cya

And with that I hung up and went back to my new son Tyler Horan

"hey Ty do you want to come home with me?" I asked he nodded and smiled, it was a beautiful smile that I happened to cause so that made me smile, I picked him up and walked in side and went on a mission to find the old lady

"Um excuse me I would like to adopt Tyler" I said once we reached the front desk

"ok just fill this paper out then he is all yours" the old lady said nicely for the fist time, she was probably happy that she got rid of him

"ok does he have any clothes or anything" I ask and she shakes her head

"nope nothing" she said then we walked back out and I headed in the direction of the mall to buy my little man some clothes then head hone

"you want some new clothes Ty" I ask once we get to the mall

"yeah I never got any new things" he said from where he was standing next to me holding me hand



"you hungry buddy" I ask once we finish shopping, we bought a lot of things, we are going to buy a bed in a couple of days so he can just share mine for now

"yes daddy" he said and that made me grin he just called me daddy

"what do you want to eat then" I ask

"NANDOS" he yelled I grin more because he likes nandos a lot just like me

"is that you favorite" I ask and he nods which makes me smile more if that's possible

"it's mine too" I said picking him up and placing him in the trolley



"ok let's go home" I said once we finished eating I swear to god that he eats as much as me and he is only little he is so skinny

"oh and I almost forgot you have 4 uncles that live with me" I said

"ok daddy" he said then fell asleep on my hip with his head buried in my neck



"NIALL WHER- WHY DO YOU HAVE A KID" liam shouted once I entered the front door

"Shut up he is asleep I will tell you in a minuet" I said then walked up to my room and placed him on the bed and tucked him in and put everything on the ground before making my way down stairs to explain I hope things go right

"ok explain" Liam said once I entered the living room to see all the lads sitting there waiting for me to explain why I have a kid

"ok I just I adopted him" I said

"YOU WHAT" Zayn yelled jumping out of his seat

"does Simon know" Liam asked

"yes Simon does know I called him before I did it" I said

"what's his name" Harry asked speaking up for the first time

"daddy" I heard a small voice say from the stairs and I saw Tyler standing there rubbing his eyes

"come here buddy" I said and he came walking over to me and I picked him up placing him on my lap and he looked at all the lads

"Ty that is uncle Liam, Louis, Zayn and Harry" I said

"hi" he replied shyly

"so his name is Ty" Louis asked

"No its Tyler" Tyler replied sassily

"ok then Tyler" Louis said

"daddy can I have a bath?" Tyler asked looking up at me with his big blue eyes

"sure buddy lets go" I said lifting him up and heading up to our room and going into the bathroom I put him on the ground and I started the bath, It took awhile then I turned to undress him, when I had his shirt off all I could see was scares and bruises, shit he must if got abused a lot

"Ty do these hurt?" I said pointing to the bruises and scares

"not anymore daddy but they used to" he said

"ok then but tell me when they hurt again ok" I said and he nodded, and I finished undressing him to find more bruises and scares, then I put him In the water and started washing all the dirt off of him and he loved the water it was as if he hasn't had a bath before, when I got to washing his hair i found out that his hair wasn't light brown it was pure blonde, it was just really dirty, once I had done cleaning him I got him out and rapped a towel around him then picked him up and went back into the bed room to find him some PJ's to wear to bed

"do you want to wear this" I asked holding up a blue and white striped onesie and he nodded, I think he likes striped like Louis does

"ok come here" I said undoing it so I could put him in it

"all finished" I said then picked him up and we went down stairs and Louis all of a sudden stared at Tyler like he wanted something but then I realized that Louis has been searching for a blue and white stripped onesie I just had to laugh and everyone was looking at me weirdly

"what are you laughing about lad" Zayn asked

"remember Louis was trying to find a blue and white stripped onesie well Ty is wearing one and Louis is giving him glares which means he wants it" I said laughing and everyone except Ty and Lou laughed because I don't think Ty understood

"where did you buy it" Louis asked smiling

"the mall" I said and with that he took the kid and ran out the door so I texted him

N where the hell are you taking my kid

L to get a onesie

N don't loose him

And with that I started laughing

"where did he go?" Harry asked

"he went to go get the onesie from the mall" I said

"oh and I have to go to Simon tomorrow" I said and Liam gave me a confused look

"so I can show him Ty" I said and his face returned to normal

"how did you come across him anyways" Zayn asked

"I was out walking when I heard a scream so I followed it to the orphanage and I saw Ty getting abused by the old witch so I stopped it and adopted Tyler" I said and they nodded

"whats his full name?" Liam asked

"Tyler Edward Horan" I said and Harry bounced straight up happy as a carrot

"HE HAS THE SAME MIDDLE NAME AS ME" Harry chanted running around the flat and we all laughed at his silliness

"HONEY WERE HOME" I hears Tyler yell once they walked in, I think Louis told him to do that

"bed time buddy" I said picking him up and tickling him, he was laughing a lot so I decided I would stop incase he pissed himself

"can we watch a movie" Tyler whined

"ok" I said then made my way to where the T.V was so we could watch a movie

"what movie baby?"

"Superman" Tyler said sitting on Zayn's lap

"ok bud" I said putting it in and sitting down next to Louis

"your a good father" Louis whispered into my ear

"thanks" I whisper back

The movie finally finished, I looked over at Ty and Zayn to find them both asleep, I grabbed my phone out and took a photo of both of them, then took one of just Tyler, I set the one of Tyler as my lock screen, I put my phone away, I picked up Tyler and took him to my room, I put him in the bed, then hopped in next to him, I soon fell asleep with my son in my arms.



"daddy" someone said poking me, I open my eyes to see Tyler sitting on my chest smiling

"hello baby" I said sitting up and hugging him

"have you eaten baby" I ask

"yeah uncle Lou fed me" he said smiling, I nodded and stood up with him in my arms, I walked downstairs to see everyone awake

"good job Tyler" Zayn said giving the 6 year old a high five. I put Tyler down on the ground and he ran up to Harry, I walked into the kitchen and poured some cereal, I sat there eating and watching my son play with the lads. I wonder what would of happened to him if Liam didn't make me go for a walk, could he have died? Could he have been saved by someone else? I'm just lucky that I found him in time before It got worse, and now I know it won't happen again,

Once I finish eating I put my bowl away and look at the time 12:00, shit I need to go to Simons office, I run into the living room

"come on baby we need to go to uncle Simons" I said picking him up and walking to the room, I walk into the bathroom and start it, once I finish that I undress Tyler and place him in there,

Once I'm finished bathing tyler I get him out and dry him, I carry him back to the room, I got out a pair tan chinos, white long sleeve v-neck shirt, white baby high-tops and a grey beanie, once I finished getting Tyler dressed I got dressed in tan chinos, red polo and white high-tops, I pick tyler up and walk down Stairs

"cya lads" I said grabbing my phone and keys and walking out, I put Tyler in the car seat I bought yesterday and started driving to Simons office.
