Left to make a better home for their children
A home where they wouldn't be killed
Killed in the righteous anger of the white man
If I told you to go home what would you say?
"This is my home"?

The place where I was born and raised
The place where I was able to walk the streets safely for a short while
So, when you say this country is free
What do you mean
Free for the white man?
The free country in which the good cops get fired
What you may not have learned is that a few rotten apples spoils the bunch
