There you were, (Y/N) (L/N), the friendliest, kindest girl in the cram school, besides Shiemi Moriyama, of course. Your (h/l) (h/c) hair fluttered when you walked. Your beautiful (e/c) eyes gleamed when you smiled or laughed. Your (s/c) skin captured the sun just right, making you look almost angelic. You had captured the hearts of many boys at the school. Especially, a certain boy. Oh, but he wasn't just any boy, he was Yukio Okumara. Ever since the first day he met you, the brunette was head over heels in love with you. Sure, he was adored by many other girls but you...you were different. Other girls would giggle and blush when they talked to him but you would speak intelligently and gracefully. He wanted you to be his but there was one thing, or might he say person, in the way. His older brother, Rin. You two were always together. Whether it was at school or in dorms, you three shared. He would always joke around with you and make you laugh. Yukio never really had time to hang out with you because of missions, teaching, or even school. This made him feel a bit envious of Rin, seeing him with you all the time. But he did like the moments when he would find that you made him lunch or sorted his papers, little stuff. You would even sometimes write him a note, wishing for him to have a good day. Right now, you and the others were in the middle of a test. Yukio would occasionally glance up from the note you wrote him on his desk to you. He could tell when you would have trouble on a question because your eye brows would scrunch up but then relax when you found the answer. You glanced up from the test and up at Yukio. Your (e/c) eyes sparkled as you smiled at him. He smiled back and looked down at the note. It said: 'I hope you have a great day filled with happiness, Yuki-chan!With love, (Y/N).' Those last three words set fire to Yukio's heart ever single time he read them. A shadow suddenly covered the note. Yukio looked up to see you, standing over his desk with the test in hand. You smiled down at him. You handed him the test and leaned down to whisper in his ear. "I hope you liked my note, Mr. Okumara-san,"you whispered. Yukio's face heated and his heart quickened. He cleared his throat. "Yes, of course, always,"he whispered back. You smiled and went back to your seat. Thank the heavens that you hadn't noticed him blushing. Not too long after, everyone else had turned in their tests and chatted amongst themselves. Of course, you were with Rin, talking and laughing. Yukio did feel quite covetous watching the two of you but he strained his ears, trying to listen to your conversation over the others. You were laughing at a joke Rin had told when Yukio was finally able to understand what you two said. "So, (Y/N), I was wondering if maybe...you'd like to come with me to that new sushi place in town after school?"Rin asked. Oh, hell no. Did he just ask you out? ON A DATE? "Sorry, Rin-kun. I have few things that need to be done today but maybe next time,"you declined politely. Yukio breathed a quiet sigh of relief. 'There won't be a next time,'he thought. The bell for the next class rang. "(Y/N), would you see me for a moment?"Yukio asked. You nodded. Rin gave you a smile and a gentle pat on the head before the leaving. The last one out closed the door. "Is there something you need, Yuki-chan?"you asked. Yukio stood and walked over to where you sat. It was now or never. "Actually, yes, there is something I need. I need you to come with me to get ice cream after school. What do you say?"Yukio asked. On the outside, he looked cool, collected, and confident but on the inside, he was panicked and afraid. You smile up at him and stood. "Of course. I'd love to. It's a date,"you said. Yukio relieved himself on the inside and nodded. You walked towards the door. You opened it and was half way out when you stopped and turned, looking at Yukio. "And there's no need to be jealous anymore. Rin already told me how much you like me and I like you back 100 percent,"you said with a smile. And with that you left, closing the door behind you. So it had all been a set up to make him ask you out. 'I'll have to thank Rin later. And plan my revenge as well,'Yukio thought with a smirk.
