"THE LOST DAUGHTER HAS RETURNED HOME!" Yangyang shouted as soon as he entered their apartment, closely followed by Jie who just smiled at how extra he was.

There came a gasp from around the corner just before Ten poked his head out.
"Child?" he asked, choking up. "Is it you?"

"It is I," Jie replied affirmatively, mimicking his emotional tone.

After she said that, Hendery stepped into the hallway with a flute in his hand and, once Yangyang had closed the door, he started to just blow into it with as much force as he could.

To no surprise, it sounded horrible.

"Who allowed him to buy that?" Jie whispered to Ten who whispered back that,

"He stole it from Mark."

"Borrowed it from Mark," Hendery corrected.

But Mark didn't know that Hendery borrowed it.

"Kids! Food is ready!" Kun shouted from the kitchen, which quickly made everyone inside the hallway smile happily.

Jie put a hand above her heart. "Food to welcome me? How sweet."

"There's even a surprise waiting for you," Yangyang mumbled as he put his hands on her back and gently pushed her into the living room and then over to the dinner table.

Food was lined up, covering most of the table's surface. Yet, there was a small empty spot in the middle of the table right in front of the chair that Jie was forced to sit down on.

Not bothering to even ask, knowing she wouldn't get a reply anyway, Jie just waited for the rest of them to sit down.

Soon enough, the table was full with the exception of one person.

Winwin.

"Okay, everyone quiet," Hendery ordered as sounds came out of the kitchen. A soft grunt and a small 'I gave it my best' preceded the entrance of the one and only Dong Sicheng.

He stepped into the room, a small cake in his hands. He kept his eyes on the ground, afraid to trip.

However, he made it safely over to the table where he placed the cake in the middle of it on that one, empty spot.

Jie watched the boy closely, intrigued by his nervosity and cautiousness and curious about the cake he was holding. It was no one's birthday nor a special day.

Only when the cake was on the table and the rest of the boys applauded Winwin for his great performance in carrying it over all the way, Jie could finally read what the icing on top of it spelt.

In wobbly letters, it said: Sorry for shouting at you, don't be angry.

Jie grinned right away. She looked up at Winwin who stood there, a little anxious looking. Without saying anything, she got up, walked over to him and wrapped her arms around him.

"How could I be angry at you?" she asked jokingly as she hugged him a little tighter. When she said that, Winwin finally relaxed too and hugged her back.

Lucas pushed out a long aw~
"They reconciled."

"Applause!" Yangyang shouted and, once again, clapping echoed through the room.

Clapping that was cut off soon when the doorbell's ring bounced through the hallway into the living room. Everyone looked around briefly to see if someone expected any visitors but that wasn't the case.
