“Where are we going?” I asked in a bored tone.

He chuckled at me, “Everywhere.”

I glared at him. Sino bang hindi matutuwa sa ginagawa niya? He went to my house at exactly 5 am and woke me up to tell me that we have a class! Of course i panicked and immediately took a bath and went downstairs just to see that he’s having a good time with my Mom. Not only that! He even told Mom that he’s courting me!

And that ends up me having a walk with this annoying Guy.

I deeply sighed, imagining myself still having a great sleep and thinking what I will do for this whole day while looking at the sky. Hindi pa masyadong maaraw ngayon at malakas ang simoy ng hangin kaya nabawasan kahit papano ang inis ko sa sarap sa pakiramdam.

“Chillax. This will be fun, promise.” He smirked at me then raised his both brows to assure me.

I just rolled my eyes at him, ngunit natigilan ng mapagmasdan ko siya. He’s wearing a blue T-shirt and a black short that suits him well. He’s carrying a bagpack in his right shoulder and a basket with I don’t know inside.

“What’s with the basket?” I asked.

“Later. Wag kang excited masyado.” Sagot niya. “Bilisan natin, pasikat na yung araw at nagogontums na ako.”

Kahit na kating kati na akong malaman kung saan kami pupunta ay nakisabay na lang ako sa paglalakas sa kaniya. Pero masyado siyang natutuwang inisin ako at mas nilakihan pa ang hakbang niya para maunahan ako.

I think this day would be a long day to hold my patient and temper to him.

After a few minutes of walking, we finally reached our destination. It’s a park, konti pa lang ang mga tao at meron ding playground na iilan pa lamang ang mga bata. The ground is full of grass that is perfect to---Picnic!

“Tara na dito!” Tay shouted from afar while raising the basket.

“Sandale!” I shouted back.

He just laughed at me and I was about to walk to him when his smile got my attention. I always see his smile wheter we’re at school or outside. I always thought that maybe this guy has a wealthy life, perfect family, and doesn’t struggle with his studies.But I was wrong when I get to know hir Life. His the total opposite of my expectations to him.

I realized that smiling doesn’t mean that that person is not struggling with his life, sometimes they just want to tell everyone that whatever happens in your life, life must goes on, you must live your day to the fullest like there’s no tomorrow.

His smile is always been part of Him. But it suddenly stopped me from moving and made myself stared at it as if I need to take this moment while it is still here.

“HOY!Hanuna?!” He shouted again that made me come back to my sense.

I cursed at myself, what’s with the weird feeling?

Nagmadali akong naglakad papunta sakaniya, naabutan ko siyang naglalatag ng kumot sa sahig at saka umupo bago inilabas ang laman ng basket na puro pala pagkain.

Tumaas ang tingin niya sakin, “Tatayo kana lang ba diyan?”

Bigla naman akong napaupo dahil bakit ba nakatayo pa rin ako?

“Ayos ka lang ba?Mukang wala ka sa sarili mo.” He said.

“Sino ba namang hindi magiging okay e inistorbo mo tulog ko.” Binulong ko sa sarili na mukang narinig pa rin niya.
