Chapter 6 - Smashing Into Academia

Note - Y/n means your name, apparently people in Japan refer to each other by their last names unless they're close to each other, so instead of switching between Y/n and F/n (First name), I'll always write Y/n when referring to the protagonist, given it could otherwise be a bit hard to understand. So Y/n refers to either F/n or L/n. Bye, for the people that somehow decided to read this when I fort started and will continue now, I've changed a whole lot of the first parts, so I recommend re-reading them.

-"Scores for the practical test are out." A screen shows names along with the results of the exam on a scoreboard, most notably stands "Mia Ahane" in number one with 51 villain points, and 29 rescue points, there is also "Katsuki Bakugo" with only 77 villain points, and no rescue points. Y/n stands in spot number five, with 23 villain points and 46 rescue points. Izuku too ranks in the top charts in number 8, with no villain points, and 60 rescue points.

-"In second place with no rescue points! The one and two-pointer faux villains were just itching to capture him. In the second half, when the other examinees were slowing down, this guy just kept going at it. He's one tough cookie."

-"And on the other end of the spectrum, in eighth place with zero villain points. Yes, others have stood against the gimmick in the past, but... It has been a while since we've seen someone actually take it down. The ones in first and fifth place did, too. What spirit! These guys just make wanna go 'Yeah!'"

-"The one in eighth place, though. He was considerably damaged by his own attack... Like a child getting a first glimpse of his power. "

-"A strange one, for sure. He looks like a typical failure in every other way."

-"Who cares about the details?! I like him! Kid just makes me wanna go "Yeah!""

Among them, a man with long black hair and his neck covered in thin cloths stares at nothing with tired eyes, thinking "Jeez, what a racket..."

-------- (Night after receiving the acceptance letter, 8 P.M.)

A figure speeds to dagoba beach, screaming when he spots a skinny blonde on the coast.

Midoriya: "All Might!" The man coughs blood in surprise.

All Might: "Who's that?!"

-"All Might?! No way! Where?!" Screams one from a couple standing in a dock."

All Might: "Repeat after me!" He intensely whispers "Just my eyes playing tricks on me!"

Midoriya: "Ah! Just my eyes playing tricks on me!" The couple calms down, as a boy approaching All Might and Midoriya comments.

Y/n: "Hey, careful with the identity, broccoli."

Midoriya: "Wh- Broc-? Ah! Y/n!"

Y/n: "What's up? Hey, you seen the newspapers about dagoba beach?" He shows them a headline with 'WHO DID IT?!' Written in huge, bold letters. "Well, it's not like we were here every day for ten months loudly moving trash for them to notice."

All Might: "Anyway, congrats on passing. You should know that I haven't told the school about our relationship. You seem like the type who would worry about favoritism. And I wasn't a judge." He high fives the boys as they thank him.

Midoriya: "So you're a teacher at U.A., All Might? That was a shocker. That's why we're meeting here, I get it. Even though your office ᶦˢ ˡᵒᶜᵃᵗᵉᵈ ᶦⁿ ᵀᵒᵏʸᵒ'ˢ ᴹᶦⁿᵃᵗᵒ ʷᵃʳᵈ, ᴿᵒᵖᵖᵒⁿᵍᶦ ⁶⁻¹²..." He starts to mutter.

Y/n: "Stop it."

All Might: "I couldn't tell anyone until the school made it public knowledge. I figured I could take the job at U.A. while searching for my successor."
