It's funny how people with power believe they can control everything but ignore the truth until it's too late. Fate is such a funny yet scary thing. We cannot predict the definite path we walk, nor what time we will pass nor how.
I knew this and came to accept it at quite a young age but all those around me couldn't quite grasp it.

Some of them were very much older than me.
