Chapter 5: Family Reunion

        Amii awoke from a pleasant dream that was actually a memory from the night that she had before. She got up, got dressed and went out where she saw one of the best sights she had ever seen. There before her was the man of her dreams drenched in sweat working on the armor that she wanted, he had her weapon that she requested right beside it. Dylan looked tanner, his eyes a deeper shade of blue, and his muscles seem more defined. The scene behind him makes the sight even better, behind the house like cabin there is a giant lake with crystal clear water, the sand is so white it seems someone poured bleach on all of it, and the forest on the other side of the lake makes you feel like there is no evil in the world, everything about this place seems almost to good to be true. She soon starts to remember the events of last night.

        First Chiron introduced them all and their accomplishments. Zach's was obvious because of how he beat Kyklopes, and Dylan for helping Amii with the ex and friends problem and making that necklace out of steel and an emerald,, but the rest of them were not sure of what they did, Chiron said that Rebecca killed a poisonous snake coming after her friends, and Amii and Casey defended the weak from bullies, and they also slapped two of the bulles that asked them out. Everyone cheered for them all, the party that night was amazing, there was cake, desserts, pizza, hamburgers, hotdogs, singing, dancing, and to top it all off Dylan had kissed her cheek when they were alone! Casey and Zach got lost in the crowd but Amii thinks they had a good time based on the smile on Casey's face when she returned to there cabin, and Rebecca she saw with some tallish blonde boy with blue eyes. The boy had talked to her all night and seemed to truly make Rebecca happy, his name was Xander Longa, and he was a son of Thor.

        The best part about the night before was that all of the gods showed up to greet their children. The gods appeared while their heroic accomplishments were being announced, once Zach saw his father he immediately went up to him and punched in the face, making good on his word that he had promised his friends a long time ago, "If I ever see my dad I will punch him in the face for makng my mother cry." Horus just looked at him, laughed, and said, "Yep he is definately mine!" All the others went up and hugged or shook hands with their missing parents. After that Amii asked Dylan if he would make her some armor and a weapon. Dylan replied, "Of course I will do anything to keep you safe." Right after he finished saying this he kisses her cheek softly and walks to the forge, not wanting to see the look on her face as she blushes and smiles, she goes to her cabin quickly.
