[Yvette, Y/N.]

You paced back and forth, as your mind wanders throughout what you just saw tonight.

Is he even real? Or is he just a hallucination. You couldn't bare to face him.

Are you confused?

You wanted to see him safe right in front of you right?

"Two days huh?" He muttered sleepily. Laying down, he pats the bed gently, trying to achieve eye contact.

This is the polar opposite of what you fantasized about. You sharpened the anger toward yourself, yet you can't bring yourself to hug or kiss him like easily before.

You leave the room, and began to dry heave.

Thoughts kept going through though your head.

"This is not real. This is just a dream."

"He's dead right? How is he even there?"

"Why am I feeling like this? I love him don't I?"

You tilt your head over the toilet, as you began to see the world going dark. Your stomach is filled with sharp and unruly pain.

Two days.. it's really been two days...

I don't know what's going on with her head but she's rather upset since I came back. Everyone else is asleep though, but a little bit of hope sparked upon seeing a couple of children's toys on the living room floor.

Someone brought us a future.

I suddenly started to hear heaving in the bathroom.

I knew it was Yvette, but I wanted to know what's going on.

Could she not be feeling well?

...

I ran to the bathroom just down the hall.

There she was, kneeling weakly over the toilet, violently sobbing bettween spurts of vomit.

I don't like seeing her like this.. what should I do?

[Yvette]

He followed you in here didn't he? The rage built up further.

"YOU'RE NOT REAL! YOU DIED TWO-" he touches your shoulder.

"What's going on? I didn't die. I don't see flames everywhere and demons with pitchforks making fun of me." You always found his laugh cute, it clears your head for a second. "Please, what's bothering you?" He pleaded.

Toilet filled with the leftovers from earlier that night, you give it a flush.

Watching it go down, you take a deep breath.

You know what you gotta do now, yet you're not comfortable with it.

Reaking of vomit, she wiped her face on her arm and leaned in on a hug.

There, I felt the tension and anger and fear she has built up within the past two weeks.

Then it hit me, something horrible flashed before my eyes.

That same gang member both Wren and Sam threw out of their car, trampled by my father's dying mutant, the same one, that threatened us at the hotel, the same guy that nearly killed Yvette took advantage of her body.

I left the hug in a fiery anger, only for my eyes to meet Haywood out in the corner.

"Benny? Wait?! You're alive!" He cried in happiness.
