The three of us went our separate ways. Shouta promising to feed his cat while also grabbing a shower and a change of clothes. Hizashi went to do the same minus the cat. He also promised to stop and get the food and drinks that didn't contain alcohol.

On the way I stopped in the small corner shop and picked up a few other essentials that was needed before heading on home.

After I put it all away I went and took a quick shower. The dull ache in my leg had eased up some but not completely. Just enough to be annoying. The hot water that ran over my body eased my tense muscles but if I stayed in here too much longer I was going to fall asleep. Groggily I turned off the water and stepped out, wrapping one towel around my waist while using another to dry my hair. With a jaw breaking yawn I made my way to the closet sorting through and opting for a comfortable set of clothes. A pair of sweats that hung comfortably around my waist and a light brown sleeveless tank. In my opinion it accented my darker skin tone well, but maybe that was just me. With a shrug I turned on my phone and hit the video call button.

Atsumi answered on the second ring but he wasn't looking at the camera "...And what did I say about the use of that particular alloy? If I recall I said that it was highly combustible under extreme temperatures and pressure. So why the hell did ya think it was a smart idea to put it in a furnace."

I raised my eyebrows and shook my head. I could tell from Atsumi's tone he was furious. Which honestly is one of his main emotions. Anger and hunger. I reached into the fridge and pulled out a can of beer and popped the top. The sound drawing my white haired friends attention for a moment. At the sound he sent me a glare to which I looked quickly away. Nothing to see here big guy.

"How much damage did the fire cause?" He asked after a long sigh

"Th.. the... warehouse was... com..completely destroyed sir." The guy off camera stammered out. It was clear he was terrified and honestly I couldn't blame him. Atsumi could be a force to be reckoned with when he was set off and even though I tease and push those buttons I would never intentionally make him mad. I've been on the receiving end of his temper before. We both ended up in the hospital after that.

"Leave." Was all Atsumi growled out before the sound of footsteps rushed out and a door closed at the other side of the room.

"That was hot." I teased. His eyes turned toward me and sent me glare. I winked at him before taking another drink. "So what's the damage big guy?"

"I don't even want to think about it anymore today," He finally said after a few minutes. He raked his big hands through his shortened white hair. "This bullshit is gettin old Kai. Right after ya called earlier I was informed one of our warehouses had caught on fire. It was the one that had recently opened."

"The one that was supposed to focus on new ways to produce efficient yet cost effective hero support equipment?" I asked.

With a nod he continued "Those idiots, who were supposed to be the best in their respective programs, decided to use their fire quirk on a highly flammable alloy. That not only catches on fire but explodes. That material was hell to get a hold of and the country, who had lent us a certain amount to work with in order to establish results before signing over rights to it, is expectin a report soon. Instead I'm goin to have to go to them and say 'sorry but my scientists are dipshits who decided it would be fun to use the alloy as fireworks.'"

"Make sure you use those words exactly," I joked trying to ease his mood a little "I think you'll get your point across."

"Kai I will smack ya next time I see ya," He said but a smile began to form on his face. With another sigh and shake of his head he leaned closer to the camera "Now tell me why your drinkin. Again."
