*While Marinette is in the hospital being treating by a practice nurse and she feels build up in her throat.She hears the doctors say that she has noisy breathing which isn't a good sign it took 10 minutes for the real doctor to treat Marinette.The doctor starts pounding on Marinette chest while the monitor is beeping.She starts dreaming in this dream about Adrien being there by her side then Alya comes to her once she gets the call.Marinette is still wondering where Adrien,she tries to scream for his name but it was too late as it all goes black.*

Marinette:No Adrien why weren't you there for me.You promised!!*she screams*
