Still Arthur's POV:

It looked like...a pink haired male? "This is where we part ways. There is something I have to do. " The man spoke as something appeared on his wrist. Not so far after a group of knights came our way.

They reversed the Perfect cubes with incantation orbs that Merlin had created. First thing I did was to rush and check on (Y/N). I scooped her motionless, cold body in my embrace. There was still very light breathing from her, which was a relief. She's not dead yet. "Thank goodness. Everyone, take the injured to the castle's hospital wing and contact with the Druid Clan as soon as possible! Get the rest of the knights to start the reparation of the town! In the mean time make sure all of the civilans that are left with no homes find a place to stay, even the castle is available if there's nowhere else!" I commanded as I headed to the castle.

Thankfully the druids did came and started healing. They started with more severe cases like Meliodas-dono and (N/N). Meliodas was taken to one of the guest chambers, and Elizabeth went there too. I asked for (Y/N) to stay here so I can monitor her condition until she wakes up as well as Merlin's statue. At least that's what I tried to tell myself. The guilt wouldn't leave me to rest. They put their lifes on the line protecting everyone and I couldn't do a thing! I was so useless!

"How does it feel?"

"Thank you. I've mostly regained sensation in it."

There were people talking but I didn't listen, drowned in self doubt. "I'm sorry, (Y/N), Merlin." I spoke crying, all the pent up emotions finally taking a toll on me. "You always protected me, but I couldn't protect you..."

"'It's not becoming of a man to cry that much.' I'm sure that's what My Ladies would say." Slader-dono spoke trying to comfort me.

"No...They are surely disappointed in me." I spoke. They surely are.

"Then how about we ask them and find out?" A third voice spoke.

"Sir Meliodas!" I exclaimed, shocked to see him. "Have your wounds healed?" I asked worried.

"No, not really." He replied and suddenly he started squishing Princess Elizabeth's chest! I just blushed feeling awkward. "So, what happened after I passed out? I doubt Galland would just leave without finishing us off." Meliodas asked.

"At first (Y/N) tried to stop him, but her magic finished too quickly. So in the end she got severly injured." I spoke.

"Then I tweaked his memories a bit." A voice spoke. It was the magenta haired man from earlier, now in a towel. "He thinks he finished you all off."

"Gowther! You're back to your former form. But what's with that get-up?" Meliodas-dono asked.

The man went forward and opened his towel. "I have no clothes." He replied.

"No need to flash us." Meliodas blunted. "So everything's okay now, then?" He asked again..

"What do you mean?"- Gowther.

"Well, you know..." - Meliodas.

"No need to worry about me losing control any more. I have this control assistence bracelet. Merlin's prototype magic item, the Peace Amulet. " - Gowther.

"Did you put it on yourself?" - Meliodas.

"No. " - Gowther.

"I caught Gowther off guard, and put it on him." A familiar echoing voice spoke.

"That voice!" - Slader.

"Merlin!" I exclaimed and looked to see her still a statue. But her Sacred Treasure, Morning Star Aldan, floated above it.
