Fletia Terence was an angel of Heaven and Val was the king of the Underworld .
And Val wanted Fletia  to carry his second child because his wife could have any Kids but when the child was born Val decided to keep Fletia the secret mother of the child however Fletia didn't want to carry Val's kids but alas she had to otherwise Val would have taken over Heaven and Hell because he was king of the Underworld and the over Lord and a Titan so he could do what ever he wants when he wants. But Fletia was Pregnant with another child who she had given Birth to a few minutes after the first one and Val also wanted to keep Fletia the secret mother of it. The child was born it was a boy Fletia wanted to call him Alexandria but Val had another idea of the child's name that he said "don't be stupid Fletia  his name shall be Jasper and he is coming back to the Underworld with me and there's nothing you can do about it!" So Val went back to the Underworld and put Jasper into his wife Dixi Barroe's arms
Jasper hiccuped and Val Chuckled and Dixi said.
"Oh adorable what's his name Val?"
She asked and Val replied "Jasper."
" lovely. " Dixi smiled.
"Also....." Val said as one of Val's servants came in she was looking down into her arms as she walked and then she plopped the little Baby into Val's arms and walked out.
Dixi gasped " ohh cute what's this little ones name? " she asked.
" Lucius do you like her name?" Val replied sitting down on his throne next to his wife who was sitting on her throne crooning at Jasper  as Jasper nestled his face into Dixi's Brest.
"Haha he likes you."
Val said as he looked down at Jasper then back a his little Baby girl Lucius
