Two strangers

A certain unknown day become a day that revealed for world existence of magic , that would been certainly great day if wasn't day when it changed earth drastically.
Because of certain incident world been changed , a bright rainbow light changed climates , geography of some continents.
Africa is now part of Antarctica , the lands India are merged with Egypt to create largest desert , China become series of archipelagos and Russian lands that didn't had magic organisation are Radioactive wasteland.
How people took it well , as said this unknown year was day that many magical organisations revealed themselves to protect their lands from this rainbow ray . Churches , cabals and strong organisations managed to protect their lands using hard work and knowledge of life time said organisation later became leading forces of their lands .
It also lead to creation of Magic Senate . A leading magical organisation a United Nations of Magic which are leaded by Three churches, Queen of UK, Lady of Versailles , Grand master of Templar Knights and Head of Order of the dragon . Magic Senate is now takes responsibility of : protecting their lands , bringing order to magic community and making sure that magic isn't used for bad cause . At lest what paper says . Some cabals decided either be part or senate or create neutral relationship
But still there was place that been saved without need of magic , Japanese islands were been protected by Academy City's tech , it lead to that now Japanese islands been fully taken by AC or now know as Association of Science or AOS . They become leading force of science and later expanded their influence on China and both Korea's . AOS is currently synonym to country of science it's know as most scientifically developed countries, half of children born in AOS are espers a people able to force their view on reality leading to espers being able to manipulate supernatural forces with use of scientific calculation and laws of physics. While most espers are artificially made with help of curriculum , there is existence of gemstone natural espers that existed before "incident" .
While there wasn't any armed conflict between Magic Senate and Association of Science, it could be seen with any need of glasses that there huge rivalry between two factions , some magicians and espers straight up call each other enemies of science/magic .
With this two forces being leading forces and being rivals . There still third neural party United States of Survivors previously being USA are now United States of Surviving countries that refused to join either Senate or AOS . Are now know as USS.
While that been mentioned "incident" brought not only literal changes to earth but it brought new creature . An abyss beast a creatures that currently are enemies of all humanity, an animals that made of black unknown substance that attack anyone they are reason why people need protection or are forced to unite with each other . At first as it called first wave of  "Abyss beast " took form of slender alien like bipedal creatures , then as time went , second wave of different abyss beast took form of  animal or folklore creatures their region . There isn't many things people know about abyss beast . Even AOS May know only 20% . But is know that they came from rifts that lead to another dimensions.

At unknown deserted place three people run , they been running for their lives . It was Man who was at forties , who had salmon hair . A ten year old boy , who too had salmon hair and fourteen year old girl , who had scarlet hair . They all wore slight used clothes that had a lot of scratches and holes on theme but still were good for long travel . Which meant that those three were family members. What they been running from , that would been a black mare looking creatures, the abyss beast that resembled mare of Diomedes. One single mare been chasing theme for five minute . Family was lucky for not getting killed by abyss beast , why lucky well because just now fortune decide to trip scarlet haired girl .
"Elsa!"A father of cried out for his daughter, he soon gonna see his daughter to bee trampled by hives of beast .
"Run dad take Natsu and run please run!" That we're  soon to be last words of girl.
A time froze for family , father gonna lose his daughter and son gonna lose his sister .
That would been case of not sound of shattered glass that brought families time to normal flow .
In place that were black mare was about trample girl stood a black spiky haired teenager whose wore brown coat , who also supported a punch like pose .
"*Sight* made it in time" those were first words boy said he made eye contact with scarlet haired teenager girl.
"Are you ok" he said giving his hand to girl .
"... Oh yes I'm ... Did you just saved me" said girl with nervous tone and blushing face taking hand of her saviour.
"Well I guess I did st-"
"ELSA!" Teenager was interrupted by voice of boy and father , who immediately hugged scarlet haired girl.
"My baby girl your save , omg yours save"
Father was crying tears of joy .
"Thank you mister , thank you for saving my sister and how you did that cool stuff with shattering glass is that ability"
"Eh you don't need to thank me , that was what anyone would done in my place well that wa-"
That two boys were interrupted by roar of horde , a horde of black mates that looked like dark ominous cloud.
Family been petrified this time it wasn't one but a horde, they were petrified until legion of dark cloud been vanished by one blue crescent like project, which turned dark cloud into huge amount of black ash . And it been been done by one man who was carrying sword like object.
"Oh hey uncle I thought when you show up"
"I did say 'don't run off recklessly' how much time should I repeat myself" spiky boy and large swordsman were having casual conversation while family was at awe shock.
"Oh yea sorry I think , I need to introduce my self and my uncle my names is Touma Kamijou and this fridge of a person my uncle William Orwell"
Family was speechless.Now they had time to see what their saviour looked like .
Boy wore brown coat , with dark purple shirt under it , which was supported by black pants and brown sneakers with purple highlights.
Uncle now know as William Orwell was supporting brown clock, with a shirt that looked similar to a polo shirt with blue as the base, as well as blue pants. He also carried a large black rectangular sword .
"Are you ok sir" William asked with concern for man .
"No we are fine , but I would like to know if you need something, since we under your debt your nephew saved my daughter while you saved us all" after getting over shock father asked about debt that he thought they had.
"You don't need to concerned with debt, all I ask is we're you heading."
"Well we were heading to closest USS base"
"Then you should probably head to north, it have closest base and it's save that way"
"Well thank you very much , but we're are you heading"
"That would be somewhere we're people can not cry for help"
While adults were having their conversation,spiky haired boy was having nervous expressions, while blushing girl covered her little brothers mouth .
Later family left their saviours and headed north as they been told.

"I glad that they ok, atlest they been saved" boy said with tone of gladness that tragedy was stoped . What happened next was little surprising boy was getting head pat from his uncle , who supported little smile of proudness .
"You did good job Touma , you changed reason of tears"
"Well I can say I had good role model"
Both later headed ways south as they went somewhere were people couldn't cry out for help.
