Monday. 7:10 am. Leia was still sleeping and still in a trip to dreamland. She was supposed to get up though as her classes start at exactly 7:30 am. Leia's mother, Mae, went up to her room to wake her up. "Leia! You're gonna be late!" Leia woke up to the sound of her mother yelling at her to wake up. She still wants to sleep but she can't, she was already given a warning for her tardiness. She doesn't want to get a second warning so she got up despite her being so tired. She took a bathe and then changed into her school uniform.

She went down and saw her mother eating breakfast. "Come eat breakfast, you're literally gonna be late" Leia sat down and ate the eggs that her mother prepared for the both of them. "Leia" Her mother started a conversation, "I want to tell you that I got another job". Leia almost choked while eating, "Again? Didn't I tell you not to take any more jobs? That's your 3rd job now" Leia scolded her mother. "I know but I need to do this, we almost didn't get to pay rent last time remember?" Her mother replied. "That's why I am working right? Don't worry, how many days left and I'll get my paycheck" Leia said then drank water. "But Leia my darling, we really need the money, you know that" Leia's mother said as she holds her hand. Leia doesn't know what to reply as it was the truth. "Just a little more okay? I promise this obstacle in our life will pass by" Her mother said as she caressed her hand. Up until when though? Leia thought, it has always been like this her entire life. Up until when is the end actually? Leia then changed the conversation, "What's the job then?". "Just doing the laundry of our neighbor, you know the biggest house in the corner? The owner is so kind to me, I'll go there every saturday and sunday to do their laundry ". Leia felt sad, her mother is working three jobs for them to survive. This is why she is studying hard for her to repay her mother's hard work and dedication. She finished breakfast and washed the plates.

"Mom, I'm going now!" Leia said and put on her earphones. Her mother replied with an "Take care!" and Leia went on. She rode a bus to school and just continued listening to music.

She was late as there was a heavy traffic due to construction, she was 5 minutes late from her first class. She was even unlucky as it was their terror teacher, the history teacher. When she arrived at the room, her teacher told her to keep her priorities straight if she wants to pass her class. Leia apologized and went to her seat. Her friend, Jane talked to her, "Hey why are you always late? You were literally given a warning last time". "Sorry, I'm just too lazy to wake up, I just don't get it why our classes are so damn early" Leia complained as she took out her notebook. "Even if you complain millions of times, our education system will never change" Jane replied. Then her history teacher then told the whole class to listen as she was ready to discuss.

The first 10 minutes of the class was boring, Leia thought that she will just self-study this later when she gets home and just pretend to listen. Jane wasn't even hiding that she was sleepy and just slept throughout the class. Her history teacher doesn't really mind these students as it is not her fault when their grades are low. Leia just then thought of how can she help her mom with money.

"Okay class, now we move on to the next part of our lesson which is the The war of Remes and Zen" Her history teacher as she pressed next in her powerpoint, which showed the pictures of Remes and Zen. "Oh my god damn, Remes is a hottie" Jane said.
"So now you're awake because the topic involves someone handsome" Leia teased her friend to which Jane replied with "Um no, I am really interested in this lesson". Leia rolled her eyes as a way to tease Jane as she knows it isn't true.

"So first we have here, is Prince Remes of Draeleoton. Draeleoton used to be a name of a city before here in our country . Prince Remes was chosen to represent our country in the union of Princes before" Their history teacher said. Leia was honestly interested in the lesson and continued to listened. "Prince Remes was sent to the union of Princes, unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with him and Prince Zen, which was actually could be resolved through a talk. But Remes lost his temper and attacked Zen. The thing is, Remes has a weapon where the agreement was no weapons during the union. So in punishment, Remes was captured and ALL, I repeat, ALL of the royalties here in our country was killed. From Princess Adea of Nilyra, Prince Phadros of Pavaria, and all other princes and princesses. This war is actually the start of the constant fight between our country and other countries, although now we are kind of in peace and the war was already resolved, but we still experience discrimination from other countries. So if you got discriminated by foreigners, blame Remes for his stupidity" Their teacher said which made the class laugh.
